    A:  I’m 90% sure I remember having to screw them on. You’ll lose your level adjustment without them, but that’s solved in other ways.

        Q:My shelf arrived damaged, looks like someone put it over their knee and tried to break it in two. Completely unusable. Can I get replacement shelf without returning entire vanity? Cannot believe this was sent out in this condition. Vanity had no damage

        A:  I am not sure if you would want to go through the trouble. I wouldn't. Pick up a shelf at the local store and cut to fit. In my experience with this vanity, mine came with what seems to be stress cracks from either being dropped or mishandled. The shipping box had no evidence of damage at all. It came from Veit Nam, so I'm sure there was a lot of handling between there and here. The damage was negligible so I didn't pursue any claim. I didn't want to wait for another, as it took a while to get. Overall I like the vanity. Hope this helps!
