A: We actually went to a paint store and they matched this stain perfectly! Make sure you take an actual sample of the wood you are staining to get the finish correct.

A: Hello,
We recommend you take the door to a local hardware store and get it matched as close as possible.

A: Minwax stain Gunstock #231 on pine match
by|Apr 14, 2022
A: The name 'warm cinnamon' is made up by either the manufacturer of the stain or more likely the company/seller of this cabinet. I would take a closeup picture of your cabinet then match it against samples at your store. good luck!

Q:How do you open this cabinet? Is it a push in feature? It seems obvious you have to drill your own hole and attach your own knob.

A: Yep, needs you to drill it and attach knob. I ordered the same birdcage style knob as the vanity had, took a few weeks for it to arrive. But it looks great with the matching vanity. Pull out to open. Magnetic closure holds it closed. You may need to click on picture to see the full image. Hope that helps.

A: We bought this medicine 2 years ago. The door opens from left to right. You push on the left center edge of the door and the catch releases. To close it, you push it again and it stayes shut. Yes we drilled a hole on the left center and attached a knob that was similar to the matching vanity. But you still have to push in to open and close the door.

A: This cabinet has the push in feature.
by|Mar 28, 2019
A: It's a push-open and close type, yes. It works okay. I drilled a hole and put in my own handle, which I prefer.
by|Mar 27, 2019
A: It is a push in. Sometimes it got a little frustrating trying to get it open, so after almost 2 years of using it that way, I did drill holes and put a metal handle on the door vertically. Should have done it sooner!

A: they make this in white would this work with the décor? this is a very nice unit, and I really like the way it is hung using the French cleat system. this allows a little play for moving it left or right by a few inches.
by|Feb 20, 2019
A: I would contact the manufacturer
by|Feb 17, 2019
A: They had it when we bought our new vanity. Inquire if it is just out of stock, and you may have to order on line.

A: Yes it can. It comes with a mounting cleat in order to do so. This is how ours is mounted.
by|Nov 28, 2019

A: You could, but only at the very top where there is solid wood. The backing is thin, non-supportive wood.

A: I installed it with the provided French Cleat, and put a couple of screws through the cabinet to hold it. I suppose you could screw it directly to the studs but the cleat makes a good instal.
