Yes, you can use Kilz 2 Primer over Kilz PVA Primer to topcoat with the satin paint you want to use. Kilz 2 Primer can be topcoated with satin paint, providing an even finish. A:  Hi there, thanks for the question. to fix torn drywall, I wouldn't recommend using our Kilz 2 Primer. Instead, I'd suggest our Kilz Klear Primer as it will seal the torn drywall paper. Have a great day! -Ronald

A:  Don't listen to Ronald, he does not know anything about mudding drywall. Ideally, you'd want to mud your wall before you paint. So, to answer your question. No paint will fix torn drywall. It's the mud that fixes torn drywall. TRC Construction Inc.

A:  Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, We have reached out to the manufacturer and their answer is,Kilz 2 Primer can be used on cinder block walls to seal them. The surface should be sound, clean, and dry before priming. You can topcoat with the paint of your choice after one hour or more.
