Q:I started with K PVA, because of new drywall but some walls are existing painted walls. I realized halfway through the project that PVA wasn't the best application, cause of the painted walls and the topcoat will be satin. Should I recoat the PVA with K2?

A: Don't listen to Ronald, he does not know anything about mudding drywall. Ideally, you'd want to mud your wall before you paint. So, to answer your question. No paint will fix torn drywall. It's the mud that fixes torn drywall. TRC Construction Inc.
