A:  Hi Deana, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I am glad to address your question. This cabinet requires an opening of 18"x14". That being said, the existing opening would need to be modified in order to accommodate this cabinet. Thank you for choosing Kohler.

A:  That will be close. The Dimensions of the actual inside space of the cabinet are 17"H x13"W, so the opening for the cutout needs to be at least 1" larger. You will need to enlarge your opening.

A:  It would be hard. The back of the cabinet is a glass mirror. the sides are aluminum. So you would need to cut an opening into the material to fit a receptacle. But the cabinet is beautiful.

A:  Being only 5" deep it would be very tight!? I doubt you would have room to plug anything into it unless you leave it open

A:  Sorry,  I don’t know. The hinges that came with mine work fine.

A:  Not sure about anti-fog coating. We have a large master and have not noticed mirror fogging. But I am sure that wiping it with a towel does not scratch .

A:  I don't know if it has an anti-fog coating, however my mirror does for up and I just clean it with a towel with no issues.

A:  No. sorry. ( You could have done this yourself) You get the model number, then you go to the manufacturers website, and it clearly states “recessed installation only”

A:  I don't think so, you have to secure with screws from the inside (~2 " in) with a wall stud. There might be a different cabinet [such as http://thd.co/3yoWXFC] that might be for surface mounting.
