      Q:The toilet was installed this week. The lid doesn’t fit properly over the back of the tank, so it leans forward slightly. Also, there were no screw caps, so it doesn’t look right on the sides. Disappointed.

          Q:The info mentioned this toilet has a coating to inhibit hard water ring. However our toilet has developed a hard water ring due to our very hard water. Can you please tell me how to removed the hard water ring?

            A:  Sno-bol removes our hard water stains almost instantly no matter if it's your sink or your toilet. it's inexpensive too

              Q:Info mentioned having a coating inside the bowl to help stop hard water build up. We have really hard water and we have gotten a hard water ring. I used to use a pumice stone to clean my toilets? Is this advisable for this toilet? Please advise.

This toilet does feature the CleanCoat surface treatment which inhibits the growth of water scale and mineral stains for improved ease of cleaning. We do not recommend using a pumice stone on any Kohler toilets. Thank you for choosing Kohler.

                Q:What is the difference between 5709-0 model and the 46018-0 ? I see inside the tank the cleaning system is different. Does one model clean better then the other?

                  Q:12/2/22 Kassi of Kohler Co. gave Kohler recommended cleaning tablets for Kohler Corbelle toilet w. Continuous Clean (model 5709-0), including Clorox Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaner. But user of this item on HD website said it damaged valve seal. Is it safe?
