A: It should work out fine. The Kreg Accu cut sled needs to be able to attach to the front lip of the saw that you are using. The Milwaukee M18 7-1/4 looks to have plenty of room to attach.
A: I am sorry to say the Kreg Accu-Cut will likely not work with the Milwaukee M18 circular saw due to the small base on the saw.
A: Universal design suitable for most circular sawa.
A: The Kreg Accu-cut is not flexible and will not conform to a bow in the plywood. The base of the Accu cut has gripping action strips that need to maintain contact in order to keep the track from moving while you cut. You can lay your plywood down on the floor on top of a couple of 2 x4's and kneel on the plywood to help push the bow down while you cut. I've had to do that a couple of times and it's worked out fine.
A: Hello, The Accu-Cut is designed to make cuts on flat surfaces. A flat surface allows the grip strips to adhere to material more efficiently and will result in an accurate cut. Thanks!
A: The Kreg track does have some play in it, so it depends on how much your plywood bows. There has been times where I've had to use a clamp so that the Kreg track can conform to the bow. I remove the clamp when I get close to it.
A: Generally no, it's meant to be flat and used on flat surfaces. I tried it on a slightly bowed piece and as I sawed the weight of bearing down conformed mostly to the bow of the wood- but had to adjust the depth of my circular saw to a 1/4" deeper than I thought. If you're on a tight budget, you can make it work with adjustments. If not- you may want to get a new piece while you try to flatten the bowed one out.
A: Depending on the thickness of the plywood and the severity of the bow, it could stay away from the sheet. Best practice is to have the bow facing up (high part in the middle). That way, the weight and pressure from the saw will help force the bow down.
A: Yes it should fit your saw.
A: Thanks for the question. The Kreg Accu-Cut is designed to fit most full size 7 1/4" corded circular saws.
A: I am assuming that you mean a 7.5 in Circular saw. The track guide mount can adapt to several different manufacturer saws. The screw down clamps swivel so that you can adjust to fit your saw. It should fit. The installation instructions say that you may have to cut small clearance slots on your saw guide. I had to do it on mine. It fit fine afterwards.
A: Thanks for the question. The Kreg Accu-Cut is designed to work with most full size 7 1/4" circular saws.
A: You should have no problem attaching the Kreg guide to your saw. It attaches to the front lip of the saw. The attachment does adjust for many different saw brands.
A: Thanks for the questions. The Kreg Accu-Cut will not work with this particular saw due to its overall size and obstruction on the front plate. The system is designed to work with most standard 7 1/4" corded circular saws.
A: It for sure does not fit my 5.5" blade Circular Saw
A: Yes it fits
A: The Accu-Cut sled will work with most saws on the market. Unfortunately with the vast number of models that are constantly changing we do not have a list detailing every model. However, as long as there are two flat spots where the swivel lock down arms can reach on the tool plate of the saw it should work.
A: Depending on what saw you have the Kreg Accu cut may work fine. The Accu cut sled needs to be able to attach to the front lip of the saw.
A: Yes so far it worked with all saws I’ve tried
A: I am sorry to say we do not have a list of approved saws that will work with the system. The Kreg Accu-Cut was designed to work with most full size 7 1/4" circular saw.
A: There is not a list. But the system says that your saw needs to have a metal blade guard, as a plastic guard may not give accurate cuts. You might also have to make a small cut to your guard to get it to fit correctly. I purchased this ripcut system and it works ok. Compared to other systems that cost much more this is fine for breaking down large plywood panels. It has it's flaws but if you take your time you can get pretty accurate cuts.
A: It might. The Kreg sled piece clamps onto the front lip if the saw plate. It is made to fit many different saws.
A: That’s the same saw I have and it works perfectly
A: The for the question. The Kreg Accu-Cut is designed to work with most full size 7 1/4" corded circular saws. We find that it is very difficult to use saws with smaller base plates like the Dewalt 20v.
A: The Kreg Accu-Cut will work with most full size 7 1/4" corded circular saws.
A: If your saw has a front lip that protrudes at least a 1/4" to 1/2" inch it should fit.
A: You lay the edge of the Kreg track at the desired measurement and it will cut at the edge of the track. Your scrap cut should be on the waste side of the track. Which will most likely be to the right side of your cut. Kerf doesn't matter as long as your scrap cut is on the correct side.
A: There is a guide on the Accu-Cut (to the left of the blade) that tells you where your blade edge will be. You will need to place your Accu-Cut correctly on the piece you are cutting so that you don't take off the kerf of the blade from your measurement. For example, you may have to place the Accu-Cut on the board as if you were left handed, then make the cut to avoid cutting off the kerf of the blade from your measurement.
A: It will cut wherever u want it to cut u are the one guiding the sysytem
