A:  Hi Robert, for that type of application, we recommend to use the Lanco Aqua-Proof Primer and then use the floating interlocking PVC or wood tiles.

A:  Hi Craig, in your case we recommend to use the Lanco Aqua-Proof Primer before or under the shower pan, make sure it is completely dry.

A:  Hi Leroy, yes you can use the APOC Polyester Reinforcing Fabre on new OSB plywood. The fabric will be embedded with the Lanco Ultra Siliconizer as you have to apply the product at a ratio of 50 square feet per gallon, and when the second coat of the Lanco Ultra Siliconizer is applied, the fabric will have been covered. Always allow 24 hours in between application and to apply the second coat perpendicular to the first one.

A:  Hi LaRocque, here are the five suggested steps to follow. 1. Clean the surface and let it dry for 24 hours. 2. Identify any cracks, gaps, seams and fix them with the Lanco Siliconizer Crack Filler. Also fix any foam that needs repair. 3. Apply one coat of the Lanco Aqua-Proof Primer at a rate of 80 sq.ft. per gallon and let it dry for 24 hours. 4. Using a 3/4 nap roller, pour some Lanco Ultra Siliconizer roof coating on the surface and spread in one direction. The moment you see the roller start rolling, add more roof coating to the surface. A:  Hi Zenon, yes you can use a sprayer gun to apply the Lanco Ultra Siliconizer, here are the suggest directions. AIR PUMP METHOD :The recommended equipment is an airless pump with pressure of 1,500 to 2,000 psi. A fluid delivery of 1 to 2 gallons per minute with a spray tip of 0.026 to 0.035 will be adequate. Wait 24 hours between coats. The hoses should be at least 3/8" inside diameter and of the high-pressure rate type. If the hose length is more than fifty feet, a larger inside diameter will be required. Only use a gas powered sprayer. The electric sprayer can burn down. We recommend GRACO.

A:  Hi Agent, yo do not need a primer coat if the roof has another existing acrylic base roof sealer or any other Lanco roof sealer except the 100% silicon.

A:  Hi Vikingo, yes you paint with any latex paint on top of the Lanco Ultra Siliconizer.

A:  Hi Fred, Lanco roof coatings don't have volatile fumes as they are elastomeric, there are no solvents in those products.
