      A:  JeffR- this is a great question and I can see from the details why this is confusing. With this model MM572W-ACP in order for this to be "Smart" it would require an additional purchase of our MMS100. This means you can operate your gate with the Mighty Mule app on your phone. However, Home Depot offers a SMT572W-ACP which means the MMS100 is included in the kit along with the other accessories. Plus, this will save you about $83 if your purchase the SMT572W-ACP.           A:  ATT124, thanks for the question. Look for item MMT103 on Home Depot.com. This is an additional remote for the Mighty Mule Heavy Duty Dual Gate Opener. The cost on this remote is $31.37. In order to make this opener work with your Smart Device (phone, etc) you will need the MMS100 to add to the opener, connect to Wi-Fi and download the App. For more information, you can visit our Mighty Mule Website which offers videos and instruction manuals.
