A:  The weight depends on how many tools you load it with. I can say the handles are very comfortable.

A:  HEAVY.... 7lbs-unloaded. BUT-you can't make something this "tough" much lighter in my opinion without the quality suffering in some way. THINK about how you will use it, add the weight of your tool loadout into the mix and decide if this is the "one".

A:  No, even though it does expand to hold quite a bit, it is not quite big enough for a hard hat. You could use a carabiner to clip it on at several points though. It is well made an has been serving me well daily for about 2 years with no signs of wearing out

A:  Yes it will fit in that pocket and you can tighten the straps so it won't fall out.

A:  Laptop sleeve holds laptops up to 15.6 in.

A:  My Dell laptop is 10.2 x 15.1 (15.6" display) and is a pretty tight fit on the width. That 10.5" width is right on the verge of not fitting, being only about 1/4" wider than mine if it goes in it would be a tight fit for sure and 10.5 is likely at the max width. hope that helps.

A:  No, There is a "Made in China" label on it. I was hoping to give my son (who is in the electrical trade) an American made backpack for Christmas. I did not find the label in small print until after I purchased it. He uses it every day at work anyway as he could not find any other backpack made in America including Klein.
