A:  It does not have a built-in lock but you can use a padlock to lock the zip by joining two small handles on the zip ends.

A:  No. This is a area Milwaukee should look in to.

A:  Came in the same week I bought it and it’s great

A:  Depending on how you pack them... yes

A:  Depending on the set, a 64 piece set should fit in the large pocket. In the picture is a GearWrench 58 piece set that fit with room to spare.

A:  With my tools filling all the pockets (electrical hand tools, multi meter, cutting tools, laptop charger, power chords etc.) and my hard hat inside, It was something like 17-19kg, 37-41lbs.

A:  I routinely put 30ish pounds of tools in it and carry it up and down ladders. I'm sure it can handle more than that without busting seams it's just a matter of what you can carry safely.
