A:  Hi John, the MILWAUKEE PACKOUT 2-Wheel Cart has integrated PACKOUT mounting on the base and frame that allows users to securely stack or hang PACKOUT products. This PACKOUT rolling cart easily transfers on and off the jobsite with a 400lb weight capacity and 10" industrial wheels.

A:  I have mine stacked with two of the two drawer units and two pack out cases with the clear top and then my crate. I haven’t had a problem pulling away but I do hold on to the top while leaning it back to roll it. If it’s a problem a strap would secure the load used around the top boxes.

Q:How easily does it roll on surfaces that are not smooth, such as gravel or dirt?

      Answer This Question

A:  It rolls easy but the load impacts the ease of rolling. If it had pneumatic tires it would roll easier on gravel and dirt. Would not want to have to pull it far on other than hard and smooth surfaces.

A:  The Product overview states This PACKOUT rolling cart easily transfers on and off the jobsite. If your stacking more than one tool box you have to remove the tool boxes to open them. With so many PACKOUT configurations I suggest you contact Milwaukee customer service to help in making your purchase @ 1 800 729 3878.

Q:Has anyone used the 22" as their airline carry-on item for airplane flights? Domestic or international? I am wanting to take one out of the country on either Delta, United, or American airlines.

A:  I do a lot of international flying. You just got to go to each airlines website and check the dimensions and weight limit. It does not have to be made by a luggage manufacture.

A:  I have not, but as much weird stuff goes into those overhead bins, I would doubt that they say anything as long as it’s in the required size allowed for carryon.

A:  Hello srichter! According to Milwaukee Tools website: “Milwaukee's PACKOUT components are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear.” I can personally say that I have extensive experience utilizing Milwaukee Tools’ Packout line of products. I will also say that my company has extensive experience with other big brands line of storage solutions. The consensus within my company is; while no system is perfect, the Milwaukee Packout line of products is by far the best system on the market. Packout honestly, is lightyears ahead of the competition. However, the price is the Achilles heel. Despite the cost, it was worth the investment for many reasons, most importantly the protection/organization of the contents. Good luck srichter!

A:  Yes another box can be placed and secured on top of the crate, only thing is that it has to be a full size one, not the half-size
