        A:  almost similar

        by|May 6, 2023

A:  It is not as accurate as a Balance Beam Scale that Doctors use. I weigh myself till I get the same weight twice in a row. It come already calculated.

          by|Oct 22, 2019

A:  I think it's pretty close to the Doctors scales. If u want a more accurate weight, I suggest u weigh urself with the same type of clothing as u would wear to the doctors. I noticed the clothes can add a couple pound or more of u wearing coats, sweatshirts, sneakers. To calibrate, u step on the scale & step off a couple times. Then u can step on to weigh urself. *** If u move the scale, u should calibrate it each time u move it.

A:  Dear Dede, the scale is equipped with 4 high precision sensors in order to accurately measure weight. Unfortunately, I cannot make any comparisons to weight scales used by doctors. The scale automatically calibrates every time it is moved and we do recommend placing the scale on a hard level surface and ensuring the rubber feet on the bottom are intact.

            by|May 5, 2023

A:  Depends on how far off the doctors scale is.

A:  you need to re-calibrate the scale

                        by|May 22, 2019

A:  You have to calibrate it every time you change out batteries OR move the scale. Easy to calibrate...step on the scale, step off...do this a couple times & it should be all caibrated until you either move the scale or your batteries die out.
