Q:We have a version of this product. It has the condensation sensor module and the multi-speed module. It has worked fine until recently, though I have had to clean the condensation sensor in the past. Now I can't get the fan to run in low CFM, even after carefully cleaning the sensor: the fan is continuously on at high CFM.
I can replace the modules and see if that does it but before doing that... The base PCB has sockets for both modules, plus a switch that I'd interpret sets the default speed. I'd have expected that if I removed both modules, I could set the default speed to "low", but the speed remains "high". Anybody knows if this is an indication of a problem elsewhere: (like in the main PCB)?
The new behavior started this week, when we had the high density of particulates in the air, but the base PCB and unit does not have any sensors, thus my question.
