    A:  A week after I installed, we had a tornado in the area. We were out of town while this happened so I am not sure how strong the winds were at our house. But i assumed they were strong and I also assumed when we got back, I'd have a gazebo on the roof. We did not. It didnt budge. I have each post secured via lag bolts into deck joists. I also filled each post with 50 pounds of pea gravel. I'd recommend doing that and you should be good I would think.
