A:  1.5 ton and above systems come ONLY with 208~230V...

A:  Matching FLARE NUTS are installed on pre-flared pipe ends.

A:  That totally defeats the purpose of using a high tech digitally controlled DC inverter high efficiency heat pump. Standard thermostats are analog ON-OFF controllers that will turn this system into an old style system. But,There is accessory kit available

A:  Most everything. You need to have the components for the external power hookup. Plus tools and reading and following all instructions word for word. See all documents and videos available.

A:  Not Included in the box.. But Packed separately. This system ships as 3 cartons. Some models have the kit included in the box and ship as 2 cartons.

A:  Drain hose extension is about 10 feet long and for very basic installations.. For longer or complex runs it is highly recommended to use rigid PVC pipe instead for the drain line.

A:  I agree - many corporate sites such as HD don't care to FACT CHECK all the specs that their vendors provide. The 18,000 BTU 1.5 Ton unit plainly says "7.5" amps... no way that is correct. SERIOUSLY disappointed with corporate America.
