A:  It fits my 4cycle Ryobi and 2cycle Husqvarna, and I do have some older TroyBuilt attachments which fit my powerheads also, so I'm sure the answer is yes.

A:  If you post the model number I could give a more accurite answer. In general if you Stihl has removable aatachments with a knob you loosen and a button on the attachment you push to take it off then yes it will fit.

A:  It depends on the drive shaft dimension. This and all other Ryobi Expand-It attachments mate to a square socket in the power head shaft. The attachment drive is a square post, which measures 0.190 in square. See the attached photos for detail.

A:  This is a handy blower attachment to have. You can quickly attach it to the motor and work without the mess of gasoline. However, if you are expecting to own one blower, I'd recommend a backpack mounted gas powered blower. This attachment works fine for small jobs like a deck or driveway, but if you live in a heavily forested area like I do, you shouldn't give up the backpack gas powered blower and only have this one.

A:  This is a blower, not a trimmer/edger. This straight shaft blower is very easy to use. A curved shaft would be awkward. I've had this blower for a while now and I've decided that I don't like it. The blow hole is too large so the air pressure is too diluted. The battery lasts well and charges quickly. I can easily gather enough debris to fill a 96 gallon trash can on one battery charge.

A:  I prefer the straight but it is whatever you want to use & is easiest on you.

A:  so far it has lasted about one hour for me for the blower.

A:  My experience with the RY40225 40V Blower has been very satisfactory. I purchased a second battery and found that the combo works perfectly in that the time to recharge a spent battery is about the same time required using the blower on a fully -charged battery , e.g., about 50 minutes - 1 hour. If you get a second battery, you can essentially use the blower non-stop (minus time to make the exchange).

A:  It lasts 20 minutes blowing strong.

A:  I got this with the 40V 5AH battery and I get about 90 minutes of continuous use, the 2AH battery will get you about 40 minutes use.
