A:  The charge is in the outside unit. That is why you should vacuum down the system.

A:  tubing is not pre-charged. the compressot is pre-charged and you evacuate the lines and release the refrigerant from the compressor into the lines

A:  Yes you can as long as the outdoor unit is a Tri-zone unit.

A:  I don't think so, this is a one zone system.

A:  11-12 amps 240 volts operating and fused for 30 amps 240 volts.

A:  This model is 11 amps.

A:  This unit is rated at a 8.5, and we are working with Home Depot to have those specs listed on all units.

A:  Approximately 36 inches / 3 feet.

A:  Since it is a single system the interior unit is a matching 24,000 BTU.

A:  One unit will cool up to 1200 sq. ft.

A:  You might get away with just one unit for that size house, if the windows and walls are insulated enough. Certainly two will be almost overkill. I would start with one and see how it does as you can always add a second one later.

A:  I'm not sure how the Samsung works. Any cooling air conditioner will remove moisture from the room air. It is part of how they work. A true dehumidifier would then need to heat the cooled and dehumidified air back up to the original temperature. That would require the unit to have some auxiliary electric heating elements as the main unit could not do both at the same time. This unit does not have the extra elements. For me, the air is usually hot as well as humid so the air would run anyway.

A:  NO. Only use a 30 amp circuit for a 30 amp device, as is the case for your A/C and Pump combo. Failure to do so, can lead to injury/death and fire. 80 feet is right at the limit for using a 10 AWG wire on a 30 amp breaker due to length of the service run.

A:  The 18000 BTU cover up to 800 square feet and can cool or heat 2 rooms
