The grout should have been removed during the installing process. One may carefully remove grout from tile surface with a manual grout saw, a putty knife, or similar device.

A: I JUST removed grout from my tile with this product. It was dried there when I bought this home two weeks ago. I tried everything, including straight bleach with no change. This product (used EXACTLY as the directions instruct - i.e. including the 'drying' time) worked like a charm with very little elbow grease.
