A: Thank you for your question. If your water pressure through the hose is 65psi or great, this allows the sprayer to reach the second story height. Rejuvenate Customer Service Team
A: Thank you for your question. This product does not contain bleach. Depending on the amount of dirt accumulation, this product should work with one application. If there is excessive dirt, you may need to do a second application. Rejuvenate Customer Service Team
A: Thank you for your question. Yes, the windows should be cleaned separately after you have completed the house wash portion. One application will work on light-to moderate-grime. For heavier residue build-up, repeat applications may be necessary. This product does not contain bleach. Rejuvenate Customer Service Team

A: Thanks for your question - Yes, this product is safe to use on wood surfaces. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us directly at www.rejuvenateproducts.com and select the chat feature. Thanks!
A: Since many homes have wooden doors and window frames I would say it’s safe to use on wood. If you are concerned try it on a small area first. The product says "Multi-Surface" cleaner.
A: Thanks for your question! You can use the House Wash on your windows as long as you rinse after. It would be best to use the window cleaner on the windows. Let us know if you have any further questions! Visit www.rejuvenateproducts.com and select the chat feature. Thanks.
A: Yes
A: Hello, JD; yes you can use this on your windows and you'll be surprised how effective it is! Much easier than it used to be...I remember my mother used to have to take her windows into the house to clean them, and then put them back in...two man job there. But now you can stand in the backyard, attach the system to your hose, and just point and shoot. It also cleans the siding as well. I noticed that after using this system on the siding, it took a few days before I could really see how well it had worked, but the windows, as soon as they were dry, they looked great. Hope you enjoy!
A: Yes. If you're concerned it would leave a film, don't worry. Just rinse the windows afterwards and it will be fine. I just bought a container of this today to get things spiffy. I like how it deepens the siding color, as well as cleans.
A: I've used both products and Rejuvenate simply outperforms the Windex brand (as well as all others). Reasons: Rejuvenate cleans better. You don't have to hand-scrub stubborn spots. It also deepens the color of the exterior material and leaves a protective sheen. It's quite similar to how your car's exterior looks after you wax it. The design of Rejuvenate's dispenser delivers a more powerful stream. This will be exceedingly important if your home is more than 1 story tall. Finally, the window solution rinses better with no need to use paper towels to clean-up dried spots. Please allow me to recommend getting Rejuvenate's wipes to complete the process. Use these on the window trim, doors, and shutters (if your home has them) after using the house wash. The results will amaze you! I hope this feedback helps you in your purchasing decision.
A: Maybe something like this: Thanks for your question! While we don't make a habit out of comparing our best in class products with competing products, we can assure you that this product delivers. It was developed to clean your house and windows using just a hose and it's safe for your pets, grass and plants. Thanks!
A: I have never been able to find refills for this.
A: No. cannot be refilled.
A: Thanks for your question. Currently there are no refills available for this product. I'll pass your question on to Rejuvenate's Product Development Team. Thanks!
A: No. I don't think so.
A: I don’t think it is, looking at mine. If I could make a suggestion. I’ve tried both this product and the Fuller product you can see advertised on TV. I far prefer the Fuller product as it is refillable, easier and less complicated to use and the container is much lighter. This one is awkward for me to use because of its weight. I’m a woman, so it might make a difference for a man to use.
