A:  Don't know if I would trust it for that. I've used it for it's intended purpose (undercoating), and it didn't hold up very well. It's definitely not a "rubberized ' undercoating. It goes on very thin, like a spray paint. I had to apply several coats. In the end , it was peeling off anyway.

A:  yes i used it to do the underside of my utility trailer. i put it over pressure treated and the steel. good product (just make sure its dry and weathered for a few weeks to dispell any moisture to get maximum adhesion)
