Q:Concerning the "Sealy 3 inch Chill Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper with Cover, Blue," is it true memory foam? That is, if you push your hand into it and then lift your hand up, does it leave an impression of your had that lasts at least a couple of seconds as true memory foam should, or does it leave no discernable hand impression? Or, when it is unpackaged does it really take several minutes for it to recover it's normal size and shape, or does it pop into its normal size and shape just as quickly as you can unfold and unroll it as is the case with the off-brand "memory foam" topper that I bought recently from a different store.

    Q:Did anyone experience a smell to their topper? Ours smells so bad, we’ve been airing it out in the guest room for almost 2 weeks, opening windows and fans on. I finally don’t smell it when I walk upstairs, so I decided to put in on our bed to see if I could smell it. And unfortunately I can. It now smells less like chemicals but more of mildew smell. ☹️ Not sure if we should bring it back or what. I don’t want another mattress topper that smells so bad.

        A:  I bought for my Daughtet. She made NO MENTION of any odor— and I am certain that she would have done. So if anything was amiss.
