A:  Maybe your just spraying too much. A couple sprays goes a long way. No film or streaks.

      by|Jul 25, 2021

A:  Manufacturer's instructions do not suggest diluting the floor cleaner.

A:  We would like to let you know that the solution does not need to be diluted. Streaking may be caused by buildup from past cleaners, using too much solution or the pad being saturated. If you continue to have this issue we would recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team at 1-877-581-7375 Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm EST, as well as Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.

                    Answer This Question

A:  According to the manual, we're only supposed to use their floor cleaner, but I've used others and have had no problems. Note: I'm sure using other cleaners in the Vacmop Pro voids the warranty, so do this at your own risk.

A:  We would like to let you know that it is not recommended to use other cleaners in the Vacmop. Our cleanser has been specially formulated to provide a residue-free, streak free finish. Using other cleaning solutions may result in streaking and residue and depending on the cleaner it may be too thick to spray.

A:  The pad tends to get caught on the edges of the tiles, and it leaves behind the dirt it already picked up.
