Answer This Question

A:  Hi Chris, After consulting with our technical team, it seems it may be the sensor location in the floor. You could try setting it from "Floor" to "room" setting to see if it will warm the room. Please contact our technical support team at 1-888-432-8932, hit option 1 for Electric and they should be able to help answer any additional questions.
