Caster 6414 is compatible with the following models: Genesis 1000-5000, Genesis A/B/C (2002-2003 model years), Genesis Gold B/C (2002 and newer), Platinum I, Ranch kettles, Performer (pre-2005).

A:  Thank you for your question. To determine the correct caster needed please call Weber Customer Service at 1-800-446-1071 with your grills serial number. The serial number will start with 1-2 letters followed by 5-7 numbers. It will be on a white sticker on your owner's manual and on the grill itself.

A:  No, I have an elderly Weber Silver B with 2-1/2" dia. Castors. Their official replacement is 2" dia. Don't make the 2-1/2" any more. So either buy two and replace both or u will have a wobble, lol.

A:  If you have the serial number and give it to the Customer Service Representative at Weber (1-800-446-1071), they will pull up the schematic for your grill and give you the exact replacement. This is the best way to know you have the correct replacement part.

A:  Yes...the plastic insertion part may need to be removed from the current set-up. But that is easy with a screwdriver and light tapping. The new casters come with the proper fitting inserts.
