A: The rechargeable battery in the unit is susceptible to moisture. These lights aren't well crafted, if your within your return period I recommend return as the warranty will replace the battery but customer service is poor and you will most likely run into additional problems.

Q:Just put up 3 string of lights a few days ago and I cannot kep them on past two hours (9:42 pm). I'm in south texas so plenty of sunlight. Tried repositioning them and no luck.

A: The remote is not tied to a single strand -- one remote works against all lights within range. So the opposite is not possible: you cannot have two separately controlled lights next to each other.

A: Two strings can not be connected. However, you can use the same remote for multiple strings. I have two strings of lights out back and only need one remote to power both.
Note that the default color is red. Regardless of what you changed it to previously, it will always default to red when it comes on the next night. The color change options are very nice and bright. They are durable as we’ve had them outside year long for two years+

Q:Ive had these lights since August 2021 and the battery finally went out. Could you please tell me which is the replacement battery, I opened it and saw a long blue battery but it did not have any markings on it.
