A:  Dear Mary, On a full charge the The solar powered string light will run for up to 8hrs, but it doesn't have a timer button to select a run time. A:  The rechargeable battery in the unit is susceptible to moisture. These lights aren't well crafted, if your within your return period I recommend return as the warranty will replace the battery but customer service is poor and you will most likely run into additional problems.

A:  There is red plastic over each bulb for protection. Those red covers need to be removed.

A:  You would get close to 2 full wraps of the 6x8 gazebo (one wrap would be 28ft with 20ft left)

A:  The remote is not tied to a single strand -- one remote works against all lights within range. So the opposite is not possible: you cannot have two separately controlled lights next to each other.

A:  No. This is my one complaint about them, but extension cords aren't that expensive.

A:  No, but one remote controls both of my lights. 

A:  Two strings can not be connected. However, you can use the same remote for multiple strings. I have two strings of lights out back and only need one remote to power both. Note that the default color is red. Regardless of what you changed it to previously, it will always default to red when it comes on the next night. The color change options are very nice and bright. They are durable as we’ve had them outside year long for two years+

A:  Yes they are made with adapters to string them so one remote will run both as long as they are connected to each other I have three
