A: The air conditioner uses the patented auto drain or self-evaporative technology which exhausts condensation automatically in most environments. Please note that if the humidity is very high, the auto drain function will still exhaust the majority of the moisture. The remaining moisture will be collected in the water tank at the base of the air conditioner and continue to self-evaporate until the tank becomes full and requires manual drainage from the lower rear drain port.
