All were straight and worked out perfectly

They were cut perfectly and made the stair installation much faster than cutting custom stringers.

The steps work perfectly and are very strong

Had a hard time finding stringers t hat were not cracked. Had to return two of them. Then had to pick through stack to find replacement s

Grabbed all three that were left on the rack because I needed them, should have inspected them first. One was badly cracked and one was cut wrong. Would have been much better off cutting my own.

Great quality, no cracks or warping.

I originally purchased 5 step stringers, to replace the old 5 step stringers, but the new 5 step were smaller than the old. The old were 7" rise and a 11" run, the new were ( I measured both old and new) 6" rise and 10" run. So, I had to return the 5 step and buy 6 step, an extra trip.

We were replacing old of the same. These are heavier and nicer than they used to be. Very nice

The worked out great

Nice quality wood and uniformly cut

There were several precut stringers in different lengths available in store; however, many of them had numerous imperfections per board. Thankfully we found five acceptable stringers in the same visit. Buying precut saved time, but were much more expensive than the competitors’ precut stringers.

One of the stringers had a crack the length of the board, which I didn’t notice when I purchased it. I used it anyway and it seems to be okay.
