It is what it is. This is a fine Y pipe for corrugated black plastic pipe. It snaps on the end of the black plastic pipe. It does not form a watertight seal, but this type of system was never intended to seal perfectly. Because the Y is significantly stronger than the pipe it's not nearly as likely to crush as the pipes it joins.

This product was steadfast in rainfall last night for the first time.

Piece was connected to 3" polyethylene pipe building a french drain. Fit and connection was good making for a tight fit. Good product.

Either I was given poor information at the store or this product is not made correctly. I was advised I needed this product for thin wall drain pipe, but it did not fit.

I like how easy it was to connect. It works great.

This is a good piece but what if I want to connect it to a 90 degree fitting, do I use a piece of 4"corrugated pipe or is there connection piece?

The coupling is well made and requires no clamps which is a plus for drainage systems. All you have to do push together and the connection is secure.

Didnt use for intended purpose but was great.

Works just like it’s supposed to. Allowed me to put 2 downspouts into one hose.

I was skeptical that this would work but it far surpassed my expectations. My wife was also very with the product and raves to all her friends about it.
