It works great and looks so good in my yard

Easy to assemble & works great. I love it. So do the birds.

My only complaint is the pump keeps clogging and I have to declogg it daily. Besides that I love this fountain. It looks fantastic in my flower bed.

This fountain is amazing. It's heavy sturdy and looks just like the picture. You do have to make sure it's on totally level ground or the wheel won't turn. It's easy to set it up and when you plug it in for the first time you will be delighted. I have it in the Fairy Garden and it's beautiful. I wish this came bigger like 5 feet I would get that one too.lol. But you won't be disappointed in this one.

Arrived with part of the wall on the outside that holds the water in missing. Back to the store we go to reorder and wait again. Hopefully the next one is in one piece and works.

The product arrived in perfect condition although the box had a pretty good size hole nothing had been damaged It looks and operates just as described and we are very pleased

We love it! Met all expectations. We added some submersible lights and it is just perfect. Our grandkids are enthralled with it.

It looks nice and functions well so far the improvement could have included led lighting but I added my own no the less it looks nice lit at night

The fountain is amazing. So easy to set up and start running. The wheel was catching so we had to dremel out part of the fountain to make it spin and not get caught. Otherwise a great deal.

Great looking fountain, but it leaks water from the base. You have to fill it with water every day, I would not recommend this product.

We love the design of the castle, the LED lights and the water falls. It fits perfect in our pool area. It resembles a real castle.

Worked great right out of the box. This is heaven, so have a helper. Had to file a little bit to get the water to pour into the wheel properly, but works great.

This fountain is very attractive but the problem is with the water wheel. The wheel moves on its axle and will slide side to side. It starts hitting the outside wall and gets jammed. There is only a very small space between the wall and the wheel so it does not take much to stop the wheel from turning. Every ten minutes or so it stops turning. Additionally, the description and instructions reference lights inside the fountain. Mine has no lights. Finally, I noticed a small amount of water coming out from the rear area underneath the fountain. I suspect a crack in the bottom somewhere but have not been able to actually find it. I most likely will convert this to a planter and forget the water. Only because of the very nice look of the unit am I giving it 2 stars. If you want a true water fountain - I suggest looking for another make / model.

Is very nice but is too big for my porch

This fountain is charming, however the pump seems to block easily. I have two other fountains with the same size pump and they continue to work even if a bit of debris (ie piece of leaf, flower pedal) gets into the pump. It doesn't take much debris to cause this pump to start struggling to pump water. I have to check it every day. The sound a fountain produces is just as important as its' appearance. Because of this fountain's large hollow basin and the water is falling several inches into this basin, it produces a sound similar to a running toilet. A few well placed rocks in the basin with eliminate this unpleasant sound. Be careful not to place the rocks so it causes the water to splash out of the fountain. It is also a good idea to place rocks in the basin so a bird attempting to use the fountain doesn't accidentally drown. Had a couple of birds drown in another deep basin fountain. Lesson learned.

Just pick up the alpine corporation 35 in. castle tiered fountain really do like this fountain it is different and it was so easy to put together love the sound of the water running down very happy that I bought the castle

I bought it for my wife. Assembly was in great condition. It looks wonderful. I have no complaints other than the water doesn’t run that smooth. If the pump is to low, the wheel don’t turn. Turn the pump up all the way, wheel turns but water splashes out. That means you have to refill water ever other day.

Happy! The water wheel is a difference that we like. Recommend.
