Seat is exactly what originally came with our American Standard Cadet 3 toilets. The seats eventually lose the "soft close" feature and fall down with a clunk. Home Depot has the best price for this item and the manufacturer's website contains a link to take the shopper to Home Depot to make a purchase. Nice!
