Good performing faucet
The faucet is a good quality shower/tub faucet. It's a nice design with a really tough finish. Installation was typical of this style faucet. There's a tolerance of the front-to-back position of the valve that must be met for the escutcheon plate and handle to fit correctly. The shower head works well, but there's nothing extraordinary about it. The tub spout has a diverter that engages to use the shower head. The set is a no frills good performing faucet that's dependable.

Nice finish and good price for a complete unit (valve included). Tub spout is a little smaller so alert your tile installer to ensure there are no exposed areas in the tile.

Not Sturdy
I moved into my house a year and a half, this was the product that was used. Due to a cracked frame, I had water back up which caused a leak. Looking at the previous reviews I see that this is a common problem. I was able to talk to customer service which provided me with where to find a new part, but this has been an overall headache. (water leak in my house, shower not working, and calling a plumber)

Design, manufacture or QC issue ...
We purchased this for a bathroom remodel. It has an attractive, unfussy design and we liked that it came with the valve. Our builder's plumber installed it. The issue is the circular plate around the handle. It will not stay in place, constantly popping out on one side or the other, which means that while showering water runs down inside the fixture. We should have gone with the not-as-pretty set from the supply house our plumber wanted to use.

I did not need valve just fixtures so I feel...
I did not need valve just fixtures so I feel I was overcharged. Also the faucet doesn’t come with back piece so had to buy that separately. But happy overall just wish I would’ve been able to order without valve.

Poor Design
I bought this 1 month ago . I had to rotate the Temperature control valve 180 degrees because my water lines are reversed. I had nothing but problems trying to get the Cartridge back in place. It leaks and I'm still trying to correct the issue. Don't over tighten it because it will crack . I think the design is horrible, but on the bright side, now I have water shot offs for my shower because I had to add them because it's been 3 days now that I've been fighting the leak

Very poor quality
I'm a contractor and a client chose this hardware for a remodel we were doing. 3 bathrooms. Of the 3 sets she purchased, 2 of the mixing valves leaked as soon as we connected them and turned on the water. They weren't leaking from our connections either. One leaked out of a pinhole in the brass cast and the other leaked out of a factory drilled screw hole. These products are garbage and likely to cause water damage for a lot of homeowners who purchased them.

hard to install. loose handle
instructions were just pictures, had to YouTube the installation. the faucet handle is very wobbly because the heck crew just works on tension and doesn't actually fit a groove on the regulator. easy to over tighten and strip the screw...

Instructions are terrible
Installed the value through the wall. Guide was very misleading. Didn't cut the hole large enough for the cover to fit inside, allowing cover to snug up against the tile surface. So now i have to figure out how to make the hole larger with the tile attached to the wall. Not really looking forward to that. There is no reason that the covers in to fit back into the wall. they should rest flat against the tile surface. Poor design!!!!!!!!!

Making my Shower so much more relaxing!
I was actually surprised by how wonderful and long lasting this product is! The shower head gives such a relaxing shower. The water is evenly distributed over your body and the handles and so very easy to use. It makes for a very comfortable and enjoyable experience! Well worth the money! Also installation was very simple !
