It seems to crimp ok. I have not pressure tested yet, but the adjustment screw fitting is too loose and so you can't get consistent crimping pressure, and it always slips back down to setting zero. Wouldn't purchase again.

PEX is the only way to go! I have used it hundreds of times and never had a single leak.

Returned this tool because it didn't work correctly. It wouldn't stay adjusted on the 1,2,3 adjustment because head of bolt was not manufactured correctly. Return to store for exchange an found that the one on the shelf had been cut open and used. Then it was returned to store, looked like it had the same problem. I don't recommend this product. Purchase the more expensive one, hope it works or will be returning it to.

this tool is similar to all the other tools I have used.It did come with a gauge and wrench to adjust the crimp pressure.

This tool is big but it was easy to use once I removed all the plumbing screw off pipes in my travel trailer. The seal is water tight!

Extremely hard to use an to get straight onto fittings. Return them went out an bought worsbo pipe an fittings. Much better product.

Never used PEX before and had existing polybutane tubing in the house. Needed to replace both shut off valves under the kitchen sink. The working space was cramped, yet the tool was able to crimp the fasteners for both types of tubing in that space. Easy to use.

Wasn’t able to use for longer than 10 minutes. One of the nuts stripped out in that short amount of time.

These are a great tool for anyone doing some home plumbing. They are quick and efficient, but they are not ideal in very tight spaces and can be quite a chore to compress all the way. They do have the nice ability to crimp the most common size plumbing and they are built well.

I wish I had found PEX years ago. It’s so easy and much less expensive than copper or shark bites. This crimper works great.

Great tool. It’s a great DYI tool to have, its a little big for my taste since you can’t get in right places you’re working on. For the value is well worth it. Installed a rain soft water softener. Highly suggest to use pro rings, well worth the extra couple bucks to make job easier.

Felt confident when I used the clamp that there would not be any leaks in shower.

Great tool and worth the price to purchase, rather than rent.

Easy to use

Worked great. I had to splice into hot and cold water lines. Used pex connectors and this tool. Four connections and no leaks. Handles spread wide, so you need room to make the crimp, but worked like a charm.
