I purchased this because I thought it would fit my Wen 6” grinder. I took the left stone off and installed the brush. It’s narrower than the stone so it rubs on the inside. I had to “shim” it with several washers so it would work. I wish the company would give the applications for this product.

This wire wheel worked fine. However, it is very unbalanced. Many of my workbench items I store on the bench were vibrating all over the bench. I had to box them up so they wouldn’t end up on the floor as I continued.

Nice quality for a reasonably price

It did not fit my Wen grinder and I wasn't impressed with the quality so would have returned it regardless of fit

I bought it because it had a wider diameter to reach where I needed to reach. Only problem I had was the bristles would break off and get into my skin. And all over my clothes

Fits my new old stock Craftsman grinder perfectly. I needed a wire wheel on my grinder, no need for two stones on it and now it is more useful. It is a high quality wheel that gets the job done without shooting wire fragments at you!

Haven’t used this wheel yet , the coarse wire wheel of this brand works well.

I do a lot of wire wheel work in the shop and needed a replacement. Against my better judgment I grab one of these Avantis thinking the quality may have improved. It hasn’t. This wire wheel spits wires out like there’s no tomorrow and is unusable after just an hour or so. Very poorly made and dangerous. The course wheel showed similar results. The generic wheel at Ace is better than this and that’s saying a lot. Get the Forney and save yourself a lot of frustration.

Extremely cheap product. You need to carry better grades of this.

Just what I needed for preparing my garden light supports to be painted.

Nice quality wire wheel for the price. No loose wires flying around. The wheel is softer than most and works well for materials that won't stand up to coarser abrasion.

Performed as expected. Good add on to bench grinder
