Also, thank you for including photos; they were helpful to see the issue and the can used. From the photos, it looks like the paint is being used without any tint, which is required to add before using it; this is the reason why you're not getting coverage and for the peeling. However, to fix, we recommend sanding off any of the loose coating, cleaning the surface, and reapplying the paint with tint.
