The paint line is ok as long as it doesn’t get water near it. I prepped the concrete as the instructions stated, etched the patio as well and dead center of the front door, the paint blistered. Took 4 gallons to paint wished I wouldn’t have wasted time and money.

To fix, I recommend sanding down the area that blistered, spot etching and priming the bare concrete, then touching up with more paint. Absolutely love this color and the product was extremely easy...
Absolutely love this color and the product was extremely easy to apply and so far is wearing well. I used two coats of waterbased Kilz prior to this Behr porch and floor paint. We painted this on interior stairs with 3 kids and two dogs the stairs are getting daily use and this paint looks really great. So much better than carpet!!!

great application process
Paint went on great! one coat on plywood ramp for cargo trailer . Time will tell for endurance will update with new pictures . Super cheap to! Used a 3/8 nap roller

Behr Porch & Patio paint is just plain awful. It traps moisture into wood and actually cause damage. I have tried using this paint for two years and it caused more damage then it prevented. After sanding, priming and then painting, the paint would bubble and literally peal off. I had contacted Behr and then they sent me off to Masco. I provided photos and samples and completed their forms and they came back and said the paint was not the cause of the problem. They would not tell what the causee was only that their paint was not at fault. Horrible paint and company. Buyer beware.

I can assure you, this isn't normal and certainly not the kind of experience that we want our customers to have. If the paint is peeling down to the bare surface, it'll be best to remove the loose coating, clean the surface with the All-In-One Wood Cleaner, let it dry thoroughly (at least 24 hours), then prime the bare areas and recoat following the spread rate. Different color than what's on the can!!!!
I got slate gray but its blue on my porch. never buying this paint again. I'm so embarrassed.

This an excellent product. I used the same last spring to apply to my brick steps. The coat this year was primarily a touch up application. The original application held up well through the past year and winter. Surface prep included a warm water / soap solution that removed the grime and dirt accumulated over the year. The touch up went quickly with much less effort as compared to last spring. The original application last spring required two coats as the brick and mortar soaked up the paint quickly. This application just completed required less than a 1/4 of the gallon purchased. My only recommendation would be a smaller quantity can primarily for touch up applications.

Paint was applied to a concrete shower floor with some anti slip grit mixed in. Rolled on smooth and self leveled nicely.
I applied 3 coats, but that was more for protection than the fact the paint was thin. One or two coats would have been sufficient with this paint.
Always recommend Behr paints from HD.

I wanted something to protect the plywood floor of my shed. I considered some type of flooring but decided that paint would suffice. This Behr Porch and Patio Floor Paint goes on nice and even. One coat looked great but I did a second two days later. It not only protects but makes the shed look nicer as well.

I love behr usually, but....
This just didn't go on evenly and one coat was horrible, not even approaching acceptable... Even as I started the 2nd coat I realized it wasn't going to work and had to quit while I was even remotely ahead and go buy new paint and start again...

This is the second time I have purchased and used this paint. The first time was to paint all the wooden floors in my home. This time was to paint the wood floor in a 40' shipping container. I'm extremely happy with this paint. Being latex, it is easy to clean up, yet once dry, it is very durable. I couldn't be any happier with this paint and highly recommend it.
