I bought this a month ago, a great purchase.

We went through multiple toilets that were very difficult to install not only that but unbelievably terrible quality that malfunctions. This toilet is definitely worth the money, it has all the features to support elderly adults who cannot use bathroom properly but also has very convenient options for every day use. It is extremely comfortable and easy to use. it is a great purchase and the best quality if you’re looking for this type of toilet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !*

This product is great. It was very easy to install. The instructions are only 3 steps. The toilet is very sturdy and functions great. I plan to replace my other two bathroom toilets with the BioBidet. It is a must have! Very refreshing!

I have had my Prodigy for over three years. Its single best quality is the large seat size, making it quite comfortable. Most bidet toilets suffer from smaller than normal seats to allow room for the bidet functions. Unfortunately, the Prodigy has several drawbacks, the most notable of which is the squared off design which all but insures that whether you are a man or woman, you will find yourself frequently cleaning the area if front of the toilet. As the owner of more than one bidet toilet, I find the Prodigy is very noisy. The deodorizer is so loud that I almost never use it. It also has a rather limited supply of hot water and takes a while to reheat it. My other unit is able to supply hot water continuously and you can barely hear the deodorizer. The seat also opens and closes on it own all night long, even though the unit is in a separate toilet room within the bathroom some 15 feet from the bed and around the corner. It has also been necessary to send the unit in for repairs. To the company's credit, their customer service has been great. If only I could say the same about the Prodigy.

I like this product a lot & purchased 2 units, however I'm very disappointed with quality. Both broken down internal plumping & controller board within less than 12 months. It's so un comfortable to take it down & ship out for service. My last service took almost a month to come back. I wish the company could improve the product that worth for the price we paid. It's very expensive compare to other, so we all expect quality could last for few years.

I have the Prodigy and about 15 months in, it had leaking issues. Was able to get customer support to send a how to check vent system. Turns out that was the issue, but then the remote stopped working. I asked if I could buy the top part only so my wife who is disabled could still have the bidet, but they had no stand alone units. I have to buy the whole thing to have something for my wife to use and they might get the old one fixed in a month. People rely on these things and it seems like they are not designed for durability or service. I did not keep the boxes and they want me to ship it to them. Poorly designed support. If the remote had a cable to connect, that would have simplified things, but no such luck. I feel like I should have just bought a cheaper bidet because they break so easily apparently.

Bought it several months ago. Right size, elongated style. Color: White. Love it.

When you open the seat , it does not hold and closes right away. I contacted biobidet and they said it is defective.

Not only is this toilet easy to install but it's top of the line. It does everything that the really expensive smart toilets do. This bidet toilet is very well made and nice looking.

Showed up on time easy to install. Delivery man was good guy. No damage to box.

I love how much cleaner the toilet and "us" stays. I have never once had issues with it clogging unlike our old toilet which clogged all the time. Auto flush is really nice and I like that you have to option of turning off certain features you don't like as well. For example, I wasn't liking the auto open and close lid feature, so we were able to turn that off. We did have issues with a sensor not working, but customer service was very helpful and very prompt in getting as a new sensor with clear instructions on how to install it.

I have used this bidet at the office and thought is was a great product. Now that I am remodeling the bathroom it was the first must have item on the list!

The auto open and close is not working.

We've a Toto in the master and installed a Prodigy P770 in the second bathroom. Clearly, when it comes to this bidet toilet's "main function", it simply does a much better job.

I think that if this was my first bidet I might have been okay with it. We previously owned a toto washlet which worked much better than this toilet. I thought I was upgrading to a better option. The dryer on the toilet does not work, at all. I called customer service and was told that I should not have expected it to dry me. So I ask, why even call it a dyer? What is its intended function if not to dry? Hmmm. Also, none of the setting on the fancy control seem to matter, my first initial shot of water is always cold and hard. the seat warmth is inconsistent as well so you always get a surprise as to whether it will be warm or cold when you sit. Not worth the money. I was better off with the bidet seat.

Amazing bidet lots of great features. Wish I had purchased it sooner. Had it professionally installed as I had to move my water line over 2”.

I "inherited" this bidet when I bought a house. I previously had a Brondell Swash SE400 bidet seat at my old place. I was pleased to see this P700 installed in the master bathroom of my new place, figuring, "It cost ten times what my old seat did, and it's a complete unit, it's got to be better." Eh, not so much. Compared to the Brondell I've been using for the past year, the Prodigy has a few issues: 1. The water in the bowl is too low. This causes splashing. It also mean more "stuff" gets stuck on the sides of the bowl. Which wouldn't be a big deal, except... 2. The flush doesn't sweep the entire bowl. There is a fairly large section right at the back of the bowl that doesn't get cleaned when you flush. Even using the Clean Bowl function, the water simply never touches that area. The wand will dribble on that section, but it's not always enough to wash away any particles that are stuck there. So I find myself having to get out the toilet brush way too often. With a seat-only unit, at least I have the option of putting it on a toilet with an effective flush. With the Prodigy, I'm stuck. Much like the bits hanging around after I do my business, because... 3. Even disregarding the bowl's no-man's-land, on Full Flush, the bowl doesn't always clear the first time. Oh, the water empties, and the pressure stream shoots down (up?) the pipe. But it sometimes leaves stuff behind, including the wad of toilet paper I had to use to dry off (see point 5.) The water saving function isn't as effective as, say, the modern American Standard toilet I used to have, since I'm often having to flush twice. 3. The Posterior Wash function is only semi effective. I have been having a difficult time getting the position adjusted, and the spray pattern seems awfully wide. So I have to squirm around to get the pressure targeted where it will do the most good, and in the meantime, the ol' cheeks are getting a nice spray down. This wouldn't be all that bad, except... 4. The dryer function is just about useless. It's noisy, but it doesn't move a lot of air. I'm not saving on toilet paper because I have to use so much to dry off after using this. Otherwise, I'm spending more time sitting, while my legs go numb, waiting to get dry. 5. It doesn't seem like the deodorizer is doing much, either, except making noise. I tried to check the filter, expecting some sort of replacement charcoal element or something, but all I pulled out was a white plastic screen? Can't find much documentation on this to know if that is all there is. 6. Being square and wide at the front, it's difficult for a male to step close enough when standing so that there aren't drips on the front edge of the bowl. Yeah, I know, but not everyone is gifted, and you gotta have below-average folks if you're going to have average and above. 7. The night light is pretty bright. My Brondell had a nice, mellow blue light that didn't pierce your eyes. The white on the Prodigy is pretty intense in the middle of the night. All in all, I'm just not that impressed, especially for the price. I brought my Brondell seat unit with me, and I'll be running electric and installing it in another bathroom in the house. And I'll probably find myself using that one for those critical sessions. I'm glad I didn't pay the retail price for this Prodigy.

My sister had this toilet and I would always use it when I came to visit. I told my husband when we buy a house this is a must item we going to get right away. My dream came through! It’s so stylish in our beach house and pleasant to use in every way. My favorite option is enema!!!!

The flush is weak. Have been trying to troubleshoot for a month and no progress. Service has been the issue. Cannot get someone to troubleshoot it live. Instead being asked to ship the entire unit.

Great product. So far no issues. Not sure I need the whole automatic seat opening and closing, seems like just one more thing that can break but I guess it's more hygienic. I wish I had bought one of these a long time ago. Thinking about getting another one for my daughters' bathroom.

I never thought that I needed this product until I used one at my children house and after use daily for a week I felt I cannot live without it! I absolutely love it!

This Bio-Bidet Toilet is very solid and of great quality. Compare to the previous wash-led that I had, this Toilet really met my and my wife's epectation. The precision of the water stream and quality of use is great. The user display is very easy to operate. I recommend this item to all.

I'm so disappointed in this toilet. I actually wished I could return it and get something better. Obviously cost isn't an issue. I previously had a bioBidet seat and really liked it. I figured I would splurge and upgrade to this toilet. The bioBidet seat I had actually had more features than this toilet. The heated seat on this toilet actually cools down after about 2 minutes of sitting on it. What's the point of having a heated seat if it doesn't stay warm? Also, the water pressure does not keep the settings that you prefer; there's no memory settings. Guess what setting it uses? The hardest water pressure! Ladies: if you have any feelings down there at all, this toilet will blast it right off!!! To preserve the sensitivity of your private parts, you would have to adjust the pressure EVERY TIME. Again, really disappointed. This is the worst purchase in years. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Whish I had tried a Bidet sooner. My wife kept telling me about them, now I miss my bidet when I am not at home.

Easy to install and user friendly. So glad we invested in this toilet for our home!
