HD's associate had only one B&D set of spools, she compared my empty spool with the HD's new one. The hole diameter matched, but after I got home, the wall thickness of the hole was quite different. I rewound the new string onto my empty spool ever so carefully. It seemed to work, briefly - it emptied in less than 30 seconds.The feeder on my weed whacker was built to use a much thicker string and a different spool than what I purchased. The feeder just would not behave. Disappointed HD's associate was unaware of wall thickness to help me. I later learned my handy B&D Weed Whacker is no longer made.

I have the black and decker LST 220 grass trimmer and the replacements spools I purchased says the fit this model but are too tight and do not feed the string automatically. And YES ITS product AF100 3ZP WHICH WAS BLACK AND DECKERS RESPONSE. HAVE SPENT $21 on a three pack and $6 on a single pack and the are too tight on my trimmer. I have always used black and decker but will buying a different brand of grass trimmer.

Easy to install. This spool is very durable and works great edging grass. We have a privacy fence surrounding our entire backyard and luckily with the trimmer & this spool we get the grass along the fence in no time.

Easy and fast to use, best option

This string is stronger than you think and lasts longer than the average auto feed spools. Just drop it in and never worry about it until it runs out. I’ve gone through ferns, weeds and heavy grass with ease.

The B&D decker spoils are spot-on for my B&D weed whacker. It's easily installed into the wheel without any issue and when you remove the tape it doesn't come all undone. Just feed it through the hole and out the cap back on the bottom and you are good to go. The string can go through anything with force and have gone through many spools since I owned it and love it. When you need more string it easily dispenses more and you can continue on your merry way. Def a great value for a 3 pack and will last you a while. My only regret is not getting this sooner than I did as I have really enjoyed the B&D products. Also, the string is very durable when using the edging option on the weed whacker.

Is good product

Fits to a tee ! The spools are interchangeable with our Black and Decker 20v lithium trimmer. This replacement pack is a little spendy but handy!

Works exactly as it should. Replaced my old spool just right. My yard is neat and trimmed again. Good quality.

Might work fine for the correct Black & Decker grass trimmer - but second try to get a spool that fits mine. Staff told me I had the right one twice - both wrong. My legs are covered in cuts from the rapid-fire output from the spool as the line breaks up into little plastic bullets. My old B&D trimmer - where I have better options for rewinding line onto the empty spool - is a much better product.

Easy to use and does the job. Only complaint is cost, so I have begun to re spool from existing .065 spool on hand. Don't have a picture of the edger so here is my neighbor's blue bonnets.

My wife loves the Black and Decker trimmer. And the string spools are easy enough for her to change. Happy wife, happy life. John

I cannot say enough about my 20 V B/D Weedeater !! We have an acre + and I take this out the front which is about 3/4 of our land, and can knock the task out in about 30 mins.. We have a ton of trees, very long driveway, large plant beds, and enough sidewalks to get you to Austin and back. These spools at 30 feet will probably last me the remainder of the year. I do not hit the trimmer on the cement to let more line out, I simply let the edger do it on it's own. When put in deep grass, it slows down and let's the line out. The battery lasts the entire front lawn and easily does the back. I have multiple 20V B/D tools, so I have multiple batteries if I need to make a long time with it.

Fairly easy to use. Love the self feed line but had to respool a couple of times. Only used once so far
