This toaster is fine but I find the notch on the knobs hard to read. There should be some sort of a color like black or red so you can read it better. Also the knobs are slick so they are hard to turn especially when trying to turn them counterclockwise when selecting your toast color and time since you have to turn the knob beyond a certain point then select your proper setting. The grease trapping tray is not wide enough to accommodate the inside dimensions of the oven to trap all the grease upon cooking. Other than these things, it is a good toaster oven wide enough to accommodate my 9x13 baking tray.

Love the hard-to-find generous size to fit a 9x13 inch pan. Just used a few times. So far, first impressions: Knobs are very hard to turn, and I hope they get easier to use. Instructions could be spelled out more, not everything is intuitive. Multiple knobs are needed for each use, which is confusing at first. Most important feature - the oven/toaster DOES NOT SHUT OFF when you open the door, which has always been a common safety feature. I have no idea why, but this is the worst thing about this oven as a first impression. That is the main reason for my average rating.

The toaster oven toasted bread poorly. Rather than toasting, it dried out the bread and left it tasteless. The timer control is clumsy and noisy.

This was a good purchase for what I needed it for. It was purchased to serve as a temporary replacement while the range was being serviced but is still being used even after the range has been repaired. I use it for everything now! It is a very good appliance.

Big enough to handle an 12x9 baking pan, but small enough not to heat up the kitchen in summer. It's our kitchen workhorse.

I would give it a 4 1/2 if I could because the control knobs are very hard to turn (wife can not get a finger tip grip) as they are very smooth.

We fell in love immediately with this oven, even though the knobs were extremely hard to turn. We figured we could live with it, and we did. Then it turned into a boat anchor less than two months after we bought it. We contacted customer service and explained that it just quit. We haven't heard back yet. I've been waiting for an email that was to come the next morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Control knobs very tight. No. 2 Knob (timer) would not turn to "Stay ON" so I called 1-800 and agent said might have to "force" the knob I used a helper(gripper pad) and got it to turn on. Agent advised knobs should loosen over time??

I love this toaster oven! It's huge, bigger than expected but fine by me. Lightweight and east to use.

I loved this product because I don't have an oven. I am able to fit large roasting pans in it so it serves the same purpose as an oven and cooks very well BUT the toasting function has ceased to work and I use it often. I've only had it about 3 years. For what I paid I feel it should have lasted longer. From reading other reviews this happened to others as well so I would not recommend this.

Great product Perfect size and it helps me cook without using the stove

Very nice toaster oven with ample space to cook a variety of meals. The knobs are someone stiff to turn. My previous toaster oven had knobs with a raised section for easy turning.

Incredibly cheap construction. Does not toast evenly. Runs nearly 50 degrees hotter than temperature set. Would never recommend it to someone I liked.

It is exactly what I was expecting. I had an identical one which I used for 3 or 4 years priior to my downsizing move. Sadly, I let my son dispose of it & I bot a new B & D air crisper model. I really missed the ability to bake anything 9 X 13. When I had my first one, I hardly used my stove oven. Used the air fryer very little & decided I'd be better off going back to the large one. Warmed up some onion rings on "toast" & came out great. Use mostly as a toaster as I don't have much cupboard/counter space & son took care of that, too.!!! So far it is working well & have no complaints. Making apple Betty in it now.......excuse me, the dinger just went.....gotta dig out some vanilla ice cream!!!

I used three stars because I received it dented although the outer box was not damage, which it means to me that it was damaged before it was placed in the box. I contacted the company and they were very gracious to send a new one to me, I must say that the customer service was very good. But, I do not wish to go throught the trouble of cutting the plug wire, taking pictures and email them. I shouldn't have to do all this if they would inspect the items for any dents before packing. The new oven is working well, except for a lound vibrating noise when is on.

Worse counter top oven I ever purchased. The temperature is off by 90 degrees in the negative. Returned it.
