Auto feed
This is a light weight tool. It takes a while to get the job done. It has an automatic line feed that seems to run out a lot more line than it needs. I'll hunt for something more substantial.

Perfect small trimmer
Battery isnt for large jobs.. i grab it when i take the dog out and trim for like 10 minutes at a time.. works great, Light, cordless. nice unit.

Trimmer improved
Setting the trimmer to edging was a bit difficult at first, better now. Original line lasted for quite a while, an improvement over trimmer that was replaced. Two speed settings and better battery are a plus.

I had an earlier version of this. It needed a replacement head assembly, so I thought it better to buy a new one. The new one has been made so cheaply, I do not think that it will last very long.

Terrible trimmer
Had a Black &Decker trimmer for years, figuring it was time for a new one I went with Black & Decker again. Big mistake! The trim line didn't stop feeding! Used it twice and returned it! I liked that the battery fit my blower!

I bought the trimmer for ease of use. And due to it being lightweight. The main reason was the guide wheel on the body of the trimmer. It allows a nice guided straight line when edging. The product was a little over 2 years old when. One day it just quit working . Just out of warranty. Never again will I buy a Black and Decker product.. Absolutely Junk!!!
