The No-Handle 1 spray 10 inch Single Square Fixed Rain Shower Head comes ready to attach straight out of the box. The actual dimensions of the shower head are 9 3/4" x 9 3/4". Teflon tape is helpful during installation. It is also recommended to have a curved shower extension to raise the rain shower head. The shower head is light in weight. Extra rubber spray tips are included in box for replacement if needed.

I'm glad I had the chance to try out this rainfall shower head. I had built a walk-in shower in our rustic cabin home and had designed it around using a rainfall shower head from the start. The wife and I both enjoy the more natural feel and relaxing effect of a softer rain when showering than the harsh pressure of a regular type. Over the past few years we tried a couple of 8" round designs and while very similar there is one big difference in the square design of this one which is the pressure and pattern of the water droplets. The round ones always seemed to amplify the pressure somewhat , which is fine if that is your desire but we do love the more natural feel of the water streams from this one. The other is the pattern of the water as it strikes your upper body as well as the floor pan of the shower. This one maintains the roughly 10" square all the way to the floor pan where the round ones both had the nozzles slightly angled inward so the spot where water hit the floor was only about 4" or so in size. This is probably what gave the impression of amplifying the pressure somewhat. This one mimics a natural rainfall quite well and gives good even coverage when showering. When opening the box you will find that it is very well protected with foam packing and suffered no damage even though the box had a hole right in the middle of the back from rough handling when it arrived. It is a nice even color of mat black which actually blends in with our antique bronze handles nicely. Also included in the box are 5 extra silicone nozzles in case you happen to lose one while cleaning. Here we have a problem with high calcium in the water and I have to pop the nozzles out at least once a year and flush the main body out. The nozzles just pull out and you can push while twisting a bit and they will pop back in. If your area has good quality water then this will not be an issue but it is nice they include a few extra silicone nozzles just in case. The actual measurements are 9.75"X9.75" and it is very thin at @ .25" thick. The pipe adapter screws onto a standard 1/2" pipe thread and adds an additional 1.5" of overall height when attached. The built in swivel allows you to get it level when attached to slightly angled pipes. I have found the thinner the main body is the more evenly it disperses the water and the weight of too much water in say a corner of the thicker ones will not make it become unlevel . One thing I would like to see right out of the box is a short length of teflon tape or some pre-applied pipe sealant to use on the threads of the adapter so that there would be no need to hunt some down, but that is a minor gripe as I keep plenty in my toolbox . A lot of DIY installers would certainly find installation a lot quicker if they could just un-pack and install directly from the box. One final note is that this appears to be painted brass and if you use a pair of pliers to install tightly it will scratch the black coating off the pipe adapter and expose the brass color underneath. After 3 wraps of teflon tape on the exposed threads of the incoming water pipe a snug hand tightening was all that was needed in my install with no leaks. So far this has performed great and is a great deal for the price.

This BWE shower set is made from high quality brass for the internals with a nice polished chrome exterior. The pieces are squared off which is a nice change from the typical round pipes and flanges. The flow from the 10”x10” head gives nice pressure for easy rinsing under the rainfall pattern. The lot is designed for new construction with precise instructions for the valve placement. The head and hose/spray handle are quick and easy to install.

Very happy with this shower head and sprayer combo. Water pressure of both the shower head and sprayer are powerful, feels like a massage. Looks great too with our newly remodeled bathroom!

Such an amazing shower system! Even more superior than most 5 star hotels! After a recent trip to a 5 star resort in Puerto Vallarta (Grand Velas Nayarit) which featured a rain-bath style shower system and hand-held spray, I knew I had to have something similar in the master bathroom. Very glad I found this one from Cobbe. Very high quality. Definitely not something you should install yourself. I hired my friend who's a contractor and it was an easy job for him. What I love most about this shower system is the water pressure is very strong it feels like you are taking a bath in pouring rain which is very nice. Love the sleek black finish as well. Would install this in my remaining 3 bathrooms.

Wow! This shower head system is beautiful. The quality is amazing — our contractor made a comment that it was great quality and when we told him the price, he was shocked. This is beautifully made, easy instructions, and includes everything you need (plus spare parts). The controls are beautiful and very easy to use. Even the handheld nozzle is incredible—much more powerful than expected and the cord is long!! One thing I forgot to mention is that the shower head can be tilted any way you want, so its not fixed in place. This is great if you tend to stand further back in the shower or need it to spray more towards your shower wall. LOVE it !!!

I installed it per instructions and built in leveling kit but the valve was off inside making it crooked. I already installed tile when I noticed it and was not taking tile down again. We will just have to live with it… very disappointed

Do not purchase this product! We just finished our new tile shower and was ready to use our shower for the first time. The water just dribbles out the rain shower head and the wand. SO disappointed!!

Installation manual is extremely vague. Worse, they do not respond to the email and phone number listed. Thankfully, after a lot of searching, I found some help on You Tube. Home Depot Customer Service offered no assistance in dealing with the vendor either They just regurgitated the email and phone number in the manual. If i could remove the unit without breaking the tile, I would take it back.

I left a review about the shower head rusting within 6 months of use. I contacted the company and they are sending me another shower head with no fuss. They were responsive, quick and thorough when I described my problem. Happy camper here.

It was not working properly and already installed some pieces. Home Depot didnt want to partially return the damage piece

It was extremely difficult to install for our skilled plumber. It is narrow and will need tons of alterations to fit any shower.

Excuse me but I have to return it, because they don't work

We had this product installed with tiles on the shower wall and within 8 months the pressure valve aspect failed to work! The pressure for cold water is still the same but the pressure of the hot water is little to nothing. Now the plumber says he will have to break the tiles or the back wall to access this crappy piece and replace the valves. BWE did send me a replacement valve since it was under 12 months but no one is going to pay for the labor of fixing this mess. Do not recommend at all!

The valve was easy to install

Very sleek and beautiful shower fixtures. Glad we had a professional plumber do the install as even he said it was tricky due to the square pipes and connectors.

Hot and cold images have already rubbed off within a couple months Everything else is great

Diagram and directions were easy to follow . Used PEX tubing with crimp connections. Parts were well protected in packaged well. This one of the easiest installation I’ve done. Main valve was is a heavy thick brass unit not a cheap thin one. I would differently buy it again.
