Easy to install. Added this to my storage shed, and it works great. Lights up my deck stairs and adjoining yard area nicely. Easy to adjust after installation. For the price, you can't beat it! Looking for other areas around my house, to add more of these. Plus with the red blinking light at night, it resembles a camera for security.

These are good economical option for security lights if you have no electrical hook up available. The only con so far is a slow reaction time for the motion sensor, and no option for a longer ON period.

Great light, easy install

1rst time buying this product so i was a bit skeptical seeing that it was in the $20 range. Installing it was easy n as soon as you walk by it it turns on automatically giving you sufficient lighting to your walk way. I brought 2 n so far they are a Great product n investment if you don't want to deal with electrical hook ups!

It has withstood a few thunderstorms with some pretty heavy winds and a small bit of light hail. The light has continued to run bright and strong. The motion detection is pretty sensitive, making it a great security light without the hassle of having to hard wire it in place. Being wireless also makes it more versatile; as long as it gets good sunlight during the day it will last a long time each night. I will definitely buy more to put around the rest of my property.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I wasn’t exactly sure how this light worked. So when my husband got home from work he put it up on our front porch. And I was able to see that if someone walks outside or even walking up to our porch it lights up by motion detection. It doesn’t require long cords to worry with because it’s solar powered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This motion spotlight comes with detailed instructions, on an enclosed quick guide, to make the installation process generally easy. I appreciated that both the solar panel and spotlight were adjustable. Yet the mounting plate was made of light plastic and I am concerned of its long-term durability in addition to the short length of the screws used to mount it. The spotlight arrives charged and when the switch was on the ”on" position, it emitted a very bright light. Another interesting feature is that this spotlight light also has the appearance of a security camera due to the red blinking light on the center of the spotlight. This is only visible at night and would make a great deterrent to the uninvited. Once mounted and fully charged, I examined the results of the motion sensor. This is where this product has flaws. The light went on/off for 30 seconds for each of these positions. This occurred without any movement. This caused the battery to be depleted quickly. The reason I got this motion sensor, solar spotlight was to readily brighten the area near the entrance of my home when it detected movement; it fails in this feature and thus I would not recommend it to another person who is looking to purchase such a product. It was more of a bright flicker light with a security camera resemblance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bell+Howell Bionic Spotlight solar powered was easy to install with just three screws, no need for wires or batteries. You can also adjust to move the solar panel. Motion sensored up to 25 feet has eight led lights which are pretty bright. When light is triggered it stays on for about 30 seconds. This also has a red blinking light that u can see at night that makes it resemble like that of a security camera.

Easy to use it has a great light. I use it inside and outside.

Easily installed and works great to illuminate areas of the back yard when our dog goes out at night.

Solar unit did not charge

We placed the light outside of our front door and it gets full sun at least 6 hours a day. However the motion light only works sporadically and we cannot figure out why it has this issue.

Easy installation, light brightness not I expected.

These are great lights when they get enough sun! They have to be in direct sunlight all day otherwise they will not work. Even if it's a cloudy day they will not have enough battery power for when it gets dark. It's nice that there is a red blinking light so they do look like cameras which could be a deterrent for people lurking around. Only thing I wish was a bigger batter storage that it lastest longer so that if there are a few days of cloudy they still work.

Easy to install. Sensitive, even to car traffic 25 feet away. Works as advertised. Best feature is that it looks like a camera, with a blinking red light.
