Sink was broke when it arrived

I'd like to think the sink and material are top notch as I have read, but the simple things, such as proper packaging and putting a label on are horrendous. I've had two show up now, both look thrown in the box and have cracks on them. Extremely disappointed, makes you wonder where else they are cutting corners on quality.

Personally we love the sink. However, a little disappointed with the quality as the sign for "BLANCO" within the sink was a little slanted. Initially never noticed it, but now that its pointed out, we cannot unsee it. For the cost of the sink, would have expected better quality control of something that small.

Beautiful to look at, it is sitting in a box in my apartment waiting for my new house to be built. When my wife saw it on line at Home Depot she fell in love with the sink in its loverly color. She designed the kitchen around it. So I had to buy it so when the appropriate time comes it is readily availible.

I am not very fond of the sink but my wife loves it!!!

Product came in a previously opened box with a long scratch in the bottom.

Supposed to never scratch, chip or crack. It showed up with a scratch. It chips REALLY easily.

Great looking sink that is easy to clean and won't scratch.

The front sides are angled and hard to cut cabinet out for it. The sink itself is nice.

I have not installed this yet but the brown color is so beautiful. It is a brown that will go well with other browns. Very happy so far with our purchase.

Looks beautiful. Still in construction so haven’t used it yet. Hopefully it will hold up

Not a true farm house/apron front sink. Has unfinished sharp bottom edge. Shouldn’t be called an apron front. Can’t tell from pictures. Compare to other farm house sinks. Not the same. No one who knows what a farm house sink is would be happy with it.

This product arrived broken in several pieces and I am fairly certain they sent a plastic composite, not granite composite. Despite a contractor friend telling me this was one of the highest quality products out there, I was severely disappointed with the product.
