The packaging was undamaged but the tub itself had missing enamel and missing welds. I guess I'll unbox the next one at the store before loading it, driving 20 minutes, unloading and then discovering the poor workmanship.

Great product for the price.

I paid to have the tub delivered, but it unfortunately came with a decent sized chip right on the front apron where it's in full view. I called HD customer service where I was prompted to return it myself to the store. Um no, my little car won't work, hence why I paid for delivery. I was then promised a discount off my original charge so I could rent a truck to return the tub. I'm under a major installation time crunch, so not ideal. Other than the chip, it's a nice tub for the price.

The tub is a little noisy when the water hits it and it has a bit of an orange peel finish. But, loving the textured anti-slip finish in the base, and really happy with the finished look.

Very happy with these tubs. Light enough to install on my own but feel very solid when set. Great price too

We bought this in march 2023 during out bathroom remodel we noticed jan 2024 little rust spots on the bottom. Its now April 2024 and they are covering the bottom of the tub. We have no idea how this happened we live in central phx and have normal water and clean it with jormal cleaning supplies.

I picked this tub up at the store so that I could look for dents and irregularities. I had the tub professionally installed. It looks great and there haven't been any issues.

Two tubs in a row that have arrived damaged. So frustrating to spend the time and physical effort (while a torn up bathroom waits) for a product that must be lacking quality control, as neither of the boxes had obvious signs of damage.

I got my bathroom remodeled March 7th 2022 and had the white maui tub installed. Today is March 9th, 2024 and that tub is now peeling in sheets. Tubs should last more than 2 years! I have to use the lowest pressure setting on my shower head to keep from washing all the white away. Unless you want to refinish a tub in two years, stay away from this one.

One week after this new tub was installed it began to chip in several different places. Extremely disappointed and so dissatisfied. Customer service has done very little to help make this right. An epoxy kit does not exactly give us the nice new tub we wanted and needed now. Altho they first offered a refund they later took that offer back. Would not recommend this tub or this Customer service. Do yourself a favor and do not buy.

Let me start off by saying this tub is very cheap in comparison to a lot if tubs. Typically you can have cheap and bad quality or expensive and good quality. I took the chance as we have many home projects that I am doing in our house and we are trying to save where we can. First impression was great, tub fit nice and square, looked for initial chips, or bubbles and we found none. Proceded to install the tub and put my cement board around it and thats when i noticed the wrinkles in the stamping process. I contacted Bootz with pictures and got a refund immediately. So I decided to go back to home depot and get another one, when through a couple till I found a very nice one and it is great. Finish is great, fit is great. I have no long term review but I would recommend the tub for the price, just do the do-diligence and check it thoroughly at the store to save some hassle

Very upset I received a damaged tub and wall kit. I cannot delay my installation any further, so I have no choice but to keep the damaged items and try to repair them. Would not recommend.

Great tub. Replaced our builder grade fiberglass tub. Very solid feel and larger soaker area.

Don't buy the kohler one. It has weird air bubbles everywhere that look like deformities. This one has a beautiful shiny finish and feels great to stand in. VERY Happy with this, especially at the low price point.

I bought a delta tube but it was 1/2 too wide and hitting the oil heat vent in the bathroom. This tub is actually heavier and sturdier than the delta brand I took back. It is also cheaper! Go for this one for easy of install in tight spaces.

This tub is everything I expected and more. I haven’t slipped once since having it going on 2 weeks now.

I read a lot of mixed reviews concerning this product. But I have to say that the tub I received was flawless. No issues with my experience.

I LOVE this tub. Its as solid and sturdy as you can get. It will last forever! And the customer service at Bootz was top notch!! I noticed some rust on the tub after using it for a week. I contacted their customer service and they knew exactly what the issue was. It was debris from when it was installed. They recommended I get Bar Keeper's Friend to clean it, and it removed all the rust. After that was cleaned up, I noticed a small chip in the porcelain (most likely from contractor dropping a tool during installation...). I contacted them again and they promptly sent me out a touch up kit! I was worried about this tub after reading all the reviews, but the tub is amazing and the customer service is amazing. Sure, if the tub is mishandled after leaving the company and is damaged, you're not going to like it. Inspect it before purchasing/installing. But you'll have that with any product. I HIGHLY recommend this tub. I'm so glad I ignored the negative reviews. Thanks Bootz!!!

We bought this tub to replace our old acrylic tub that was discolored, cracking and leaking water out the bottom. So we did a full remodel on our bathroom and after looking at a ton of tubs that would fit the limited amount of space we had we decided to buy this boots maui. I was impressed by the size of this tub for this price. I had read through a ton of reviews about people buying and then get home only to find that it was bent or some of the porcelain was missing. Well we bought ours and I iinspected it at the store but I didn't look at the left and right side I only looked at the sides and they looked great. Well low and behold the installers got ready to install and saw it had some porcelain missing on the left edges which would have been fine because the tile would have covered it but the problem is that it was starting to crack at that spot so I figured that could only get worse as we used the tub. So I returned that one and exchanged it for another one and I completely inspected it all sides before I left and it was in great conditions. The installer had it installed the next day and I must say it's looks great in our newly remodeled bathroom and the wife is happy with it. This tub gave us great bang for our buck compared to other tubs we looked at. Especially considering we had very limited space and I didn't want to go with a cast iron tub and spend $500-$600 on one.

This tub weighed less than 80 lbs and replaced a salmon colored 300 lb 1960's tub. It has a lip on the wall side that allows for the installation of tile without water getting between the tub and the wall. It is a very attractive, smooth white tub that matches my sink countertops perfectly. The bathroom is not finished yet.

As seen in other reviews I too had an issue with a pin hole area that was missing porcelain. Took a chance and did not inspect before leaving store. Took it back and inspected two remaining in stock and they were in worse shape than the one I had. Unfortunately I had contractors waiting to install so I took back the one I originally had. Service desk was extremely friendly and offered a discount for my troubles and the defect in tub. The blemish is on top of tub. Feel like I can get some of the MFG’s touch up paint and it will be ok. I have also emailed Bootz of the issue and hoping they will comp me the touch up paint since it was not the fault of anyone other than a defect in workmanship on their part. Feel like this mfg could do a better job on inspections before it’s shipped out. I hold no grudges towards Home Depot. However, I would assume if they got enough returns and losing money they would think twice about having this product if not the MFG represented in thier store as an offering. So in closing I would say this tub is a good buy just keep an eye out for the pin holes!

Beautiful tub. Given it's wider width, it fit in the space where my old acrylic tub was perfectly. Nice feel/good quality.

It was nice and lite weight for installation and it is a treat to soak in.
