I was surprised how quiet this machine is. I’ve had this machine for about a month and my dishes are cleaner than ever! Less room for silverware than my previous machine but not too bad. The stemware rack features are helpful too.

The build quality is pretty high, however using the panel to change the settings is nearly impossible for some settings and completely impossible for the drying setting. The dishes come out clean but I have to dry them. I realize Bocsh wants me to use their app but I’m not the kind of guy wants to use my phone to start my dish washer.

Has problems- the wifi connect is funky and the only way to alter settings such as drying heat and water usage. Its factory settings make its drying function very weak and I was disappointed with even using rinse aid my dishes aren’t dry.

This is the second Bosch dishwasher that hasn't worked. The first one never worked - bad computer chip. The second one worked for 2 weeks and now doesn't work. 1st available appointment with Bosch tech is in 7 days. The dishwasher is still under warranty but at this point I would rather have anything EXCEPT Bosch.

Home Depot has failed miserably in this whole matter, and I would urge potential customers NOT to consider buying any appliance from this source. Home Depot charged my account June 11 for this dishwasher. I still have not received delivery of an undamaged machine. No explanation. No offer of compensation. No service. No anything.

Very dissatisfied
My old dishwasher decided it had enough during the holiday season so I did my research reading reviews and finally decided on a dishwasher with the fewest negative reviews. Went to the store ordered it and after 2 months I received the dishwasher (I ordered black so it took a while to receive) and from day one, I’ve struggled with the poor rack design , and a dishwasher that don’t clean dishes. This was the first time I’ve purchased an appliance from a large chain store such as Home Depot and will be the last!

    Full functionality is not available without Wifi
    Many functions are not available without using the app. Nowhere on Home Depot's or Bosch's site does it indicate that I need WiFi and a Smartphone to fully utilize the dishwasher. I can have a simple function, like delayed wash, without using the app. Even a self clean cycle needs the app.

        I purchased this at my local HD for $899. Two days later it was $648, and my scheduled delivery was still 5 days away. When I requested the difference, the store opted to cancel my order and create a new one rather than comping the difference. When generating the new order, my earliest delivery date would have been 2 weeks later. I bought from a blue store with next day delivery instead. HD lost revenue to serve internal accounting rather than customer experience.

          Cheaply made
          Got this highly recommended dishwasher as part of our kitchen renovation. Installed in Oct 2023. It is now June 2024 and a screw fell out of the door and can't even be put back in because the whole casing is stripped. We are out of the manufacturer 1 year warranty (purchased in april 2023) so we get to spend $300-400 to replace a screw on a brand new dishwasher. Would not buy from this company again. We owned a GE portable dishwasher for 7 years that never had a single issue. Do not recommend.

            Our GE broke after 7 years. Wanted to go with the “best brand”. This dishwasher is trash. It’s been over a month now and it still has a weird smell when it’s running, plastic things are covered in water even a day after the cycle is done. There is a film of sud on things. Just a crappy dishwasher. Wish I could return.

              Great machine. Just wish there was a button to delay washing, like the earlier models had. Now you have to use an App for that and other features. Also wish the "clean" indicator would stay on until the door is opened, which was also a feature in earlier models. Probably requires an App setting to change that, too.

              Never worked, was installed 4 days after arrival so Home Depot won’t help at all. Bosch customer service is sending out a service provider (a month from now) to fix a brand new $1000 dishwasher. Overall a laughable experience. Save yourself some money and buy a different brand from a different store.

                The dishwasher does not dry the dishes. They are consistently wet. It is frustrating and for the majority net spent a huge disappointment. I’ve only had it a bit over a month.

Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. This process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. To improve drying results, we recommend turning on the Intensive Drying feature.                 didn't work, no help from home depot or bosch
                Started making noise within a year. Had bought the HD extended warranty so called HD. HD pointed me to bosch. Bosch talked to me on phone and sent parts and scheduled tech but tech came and said nothing to do. Called bosch back a few times but no help. A year later, someone was clearing out old files and called me to ask if I was good and I said no so they scheduled a tech but tech never showed. Now 3 years and 3 months old and just died. Won't run for more than 3 minutes.

                  This is the loudest dishwasher I have ever owned
                  This is the loudest dishwasher I have owned since the 90's. We thought it was just a defect, so we had it replaced. It was replaced three times on Home Depot's recommendation, but every unit measured at 70+ decibels each time. Customer service was not helpful. I took 3 days off and spent about 4 hours on the phone with Home Depot or Temco Logistics to try and get the issue resolved. To no avail, I still don't have a new dishwasher. I don't recommend Bosch or Home Depot for appliances.

                    It is still not installed! I am waiting for confirmation of a third attempt to do so. It is VERY frustrating. I was told yesterday by Home Depot that we will be on the schedule for tomorrow, 6/13, but will get a confirmation about that. I still haven't heard back and have no idea if we're on the schedule, let alone what time block. Certainly won't be buying appliances from Home Depot again. It's not worth the hassle and we need installation with our purchases.

                    A Little Disappointing for the price
                    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a puzzle attempting to load this dishwasher. It is not user friendly. I feel like so much space is wasted. Also, it seems to run forever, usually over 2 hours. I know I can use the shorter time frame but if I want it sanitized, it takes hours. Also, we purchased the additional tray for silverware, which works fine for the most part. However, it has damaged the finish on the knives. The knives are clean but the handle is water damaged. As I said, for the price, I expected a bit more.
