What Were They Thinking?
The fridge is very nice. We love the layout. Especially being counter depth. Things would go missing forever with our old deep fridge. However, the two things I'm disappointed with are the height and the water dispenser. The height is 71.5" which required me to cutout the cabinet frame above the fridge for it to fit. The salesman never mentioned anything unusual about the unusual height. The other thing is the internal water dispenser. I love the idea (we didn't want a water dispenser in the door), but the water spigot has no basin to catch water that drips. As a result, the water finds it's way into the vegitable drawer making the vegitables all wet. Not cool. What are the Bosch engineers thinking?? They need to deal with the water drips. We have to keep folded paper towels at the base to absorb any water drips

False specifications
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The specification drawings of this model are materially misrepresented and falsely present its counter depth functionality / aesthetic - IT IS NOT COUNTER DEPTH. Bosch advises (see specification drawings) that the doors will open fully when the unit (less the doors) sit flush with the counter line. The specification diagram shows the doors open fully at this layout. In reality the doors retract into the counter line by about 1" and so bump into the counter (or any side panel fitted at this depth) and do not open fully. The solution is to restrict doors to open 90 degrees (extra cost and hassle if you want to remove the drawers) or move the unit out about 1” and reveal the cheap / horrid side panel of the fridge as well as destroying the 'counter-depth' profile that Bosch charge so handsomely for. It seems inconceivable that Bosch could present specification drawings so wrong by accident.

Best fridge ever

It runs quietly, makes a lot of ice, and the stainless is easy to keep clean. I spent a great deal of time researching and looking a refrigerators. I am so pleased I selected this brand and this model!

I love this refrigerator!

LOVE MY REFRIGERATOR
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is deceiving. It is so much larger inside than it appears outside. The space is well placed and very bright to see all. I needed a counter depth refrigerator for my renovated kitchen and this had the dimensions I needed. Love the three drawers and I absolutely love the ice maker in the pull out freezer drawer. I have always had ice in the top outside and it barely made ice. I hated being out of ice after a few glass fulls. No more - I get notified it is full of ice. What a pleasant surprise that my ice bin is overflowing. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

The Best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my beautiful Bosch refrigerator. I had been looking to replace my to replace the unit that came with my current house. I won't name names, but every piece of plastic was cracked or broken and the gaskets were torn. I looked at all the major brands and the quality seemed just as bad. Reviews had complaints about the same problems. Also, I am height-challenged (short) and many layouts were impossible for me to reach everything.
Finally I saw this Bosch. I was able to arrnge the shelving perfectly. The freezer drawer and the mddle drawer are great. The materials appear to be built to last. And it fit perfectly into my cabinet.

What a beautiful refrigerator! After doing tons of research online and in person I went with Bosch. I'm really impressed with all the room and reliability so far. I love the clean lines and how quiet it is. I replace my Samsung and I'm so glad I did! The delivery was first class and they were very careful with with everything and set it up with ease, even showed me how it worked and how long it would take to make ice Etc. Thank You Home Depot!

Compact, sleek, impressive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought after a minimalist euro-scandi kitchen remodel, replacing all Kitchen Aid appliances. We wanted to stay w/KA and the standard depth fridge was reliable and functional but something like 36.5" with handles and far from counter depth. We wanted a reliable brand that was on par with KA and liked the looks of the Samsung bespoke models but had been persuaded to stay away from them due to service if they break and the fact that they make great TVs and Phones but refrigeration and ice makers were not their strength. This Bosch unit is extremely spacious for a counter depth, very quiet and efficient with two compressors, makes very clear ice, and doesn't show fingerprints easily. It is a breeze to clean, the interior lighting is fantastic, you can fit a lot (or gallon sized containers) in the door compartments, and with the handles recessed into the door, it is very modern and practical for our kitchen. It is a premium price, yes, but we feel it is a premium product and not just a pretty face.

I am thrilled with this refrigerator!! Its counter depth and so roomy!! You can arrange the shelves. The separate middle drawer for fruit and veggies is great- you get right to them. The bottom freezer is roomy, love the ice maker and scoop. Great you can use the whole pull out where the ice maker is if you are having a party.

Is your refrigerator running?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You better catch it..... No but if I'm being completely honest this is the best refrigerator I've ever used/ owned. I just bought my first house. Between renovating the kitchen + living room and painting the whole house- the easiest choice to make was appliances thanks to Bosch. I'm a chef and the two compressor was a no brainer, along with the exchangeable drawers and racks! Being able to change the drawer settings has been a game changer for soft drinks vs vegetables. The diamond ice cubes have changed the way I enjoy drinks wether it's chilling a martini glass or drinking a ice cold Powerade. The fridge made the move and the kitchen feel real and come to life.

Almost perfect, Highly Recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bosch fridge is the next best thing to a built in look or panel ready option. It is as tall as the standard fridge surround cabinet, so there's a very narrow gap at the top, not all Bosch models are this tall as this 800 series with no handles, so check dimensions before buying. The depth and lack of handles makes it the best option space saving and not getting caught up on handles in the circulation of a busy kitchen. The lack of a ice maker in the top half or in the door, maximizes the storage on top. The only complaint on the ice maker in the freezer is that there is no way to slow the production, only an on or off switch, and I have to sometimes dump the ice tray because when it gets too full it can cause the ice maker to freeze up, then I have to defrost the freezer by emptying it out, turning it off and opening the freezer draw for an hour or two. Sounds annoying but once I figured it out, I just don't over pack freezer and never let the ice get packed. Easy solution would be a way to choose a fast or slow ice maker setting depending on the household needs. When we host, we never run out of ice! App is helpful, but I wish there were more options to control options and easier to keep the connection. DO NOT remove the QR code from the interior of the fridge, I have had to use it again to reconnect through the app after resetting the fridge when the connection was lost. My biggest complaint on this model is the slots that you grab to open the doors and draws. There is a piece of glass installed, the gap between the edge of the glass and the bottom of the hand pull area traps a tremendous amount of food debris making it next to impossible to getting it out and keeping it clean. Which they had designed it to be seamless instead.

Love our new refrigerator!

After much research, we chose Bosch as the brand becuase it is truly more of a counterdepth than other brands. The recessed handles provide a sleek, custom look. The middle drawer temperature can be set separately from the main refrigerator allowing for better cooling of produce. It is extremely quiet and despite the shallower depth we are able to store as much food as we did with our previous refrigerator.
