This is great because it has a light. I recommend this item.

Fair price ! Nice looking bathroom ceiling fan. I would give it ☆☆☆☆☆ but It was a little bit louder than I thought. Highly recommended if you have above vanity light fixture working independently.

Kind of noisy but it gets the job done but for the money you can't beat it very satisfied. Niiiiiice

Easy to install, went smoothly. Not very happy with the sound output from the fan. It seems louder at times than others, and has a humming sound. Possibly caused by mounting it? Perhaps it is accentuated by the drywall and ceiling joists that it is mounted to?

This product was easy to install , works great , the only thing that I dint like was that i had to replace The light six days later because the light Burnd out . Other than that im verry happy with the product. Thanks

I swapped a ceiling fan/light out with this product. The electrical was preexisting and I have no knowledge of connecting the correct wires. Wiring tips I learned on this project (no videos, I searched), blue/black/black, white/white/white, green/ground. This is done on a single switch.

originaly bought a broan fan from lowes, fan was very noisy with excessive vibration.returned fan to lowes after a few days.bought this fan from home depot,big differance,noise level alot lower,no excesse vibration,only here fan moving air.

Bought this to replace existing Nutone. It fit right in! Didn't have to make any modifications. Update version looks great. Works so much better. Bought the model up for a long run with the vent pipe. It is really taking care of the moisture from showers. I plan to buy another one to replace another. Seems to be a bit more quiet than our old one as well.

Is the 763 run the same and/or compatible with the 769rln?

Used as a replacement for an older fan. Install was fine, too loud. 60db when running. Will be replacing with something of higher quality.

Easy install. Very quiet. Way better than our previous fan.

I was replacing an earlier version of the same unit (motor burnt out) and this was an easy fix as opposed to climbing up into the attic and installing a whole new fan unit. My only complaint is the noise level . . . this thing is really Loud! But for the money and ability to swap out the old fixture and directly replace it with this unit I guess I can't complain too much!

Used to replace a 25 y old fan and light

If I hadn't read reviews before purchasing, I would NOT have known that I had to buy a different model to fit my old base, even though the model numbers are still listed the same as the old one. The lens is different now, but not a problem. The photos show the lens for the old model, and there is no information to let you know it is now different and that it DOES NOT FIT the old model's base. This needs to be corrected in your on-line photos and information and should not be hard to remedy. Your customers are valuable, and there is no reason not to do this!

Left the existing mounting in the ceiling and replaced the fan motor and the bulb/lens package. Sweet!

I'd give 5 stars, but the noise makes it a solid 4 stars. Install was easy, and I actually went back to Home Depot a bought 3 more because they were on sale.
