As expected for the money spent. Could be a little quieter.

Placed the new unit in, she was a bit loud but does a great job. Small area bathroom around 20SQFT I like that you can place your own bulb in this unit other then the led fixture I was reading about. Placed a screw in LED buld looks and works perfectly

I just installed it today fan works fine but has a little rattling noise with the metal piece that holds the light bulb. I have ins seems like NuTone would come up with something different so the metal housing for the light bulb does not meet the metal housing update unit without some type of rubber

Was simple to install, vent connection easy, wiring diagram a little confusing with small print. Consult a electrician if you are unsure. Quiet. Great price

This fan/light was easy to install and is very quiet compared to our old one. We are very satisfied with this product and would definitely recommend it.

Fan works great. Much quieter than the previous model it replaced. It replaced a nutone 50 cfm unit that was on its way out. it used the same case as the 70 cfm unit it was replaced by so just had to drop in the motor and plug it in.

The light has great lumen, bright enough for my whole bathroom, but the fan is just too loud!

Light works. Fan works.

I had my bathroom professionally remodeled. This is the fan the contractor installed. In a year the blower stopped working. I replaced it with the same model and after another year the blower failed again. A year life expectancy is not acceptable. It's a low price fan so I guess you get what you pay for. Save your money and invest in something with better quality. I decided to upgrade to a higher end NuTone model and so far so good.

Bought this fan to replace a similar Nutone fan that was about 15 years old. This fan is identical to the one it replaced except for the incandescent light socket. I was able to slip the fan and light assembly into the outer shell without changing a thing. New unit fits perfectly, is a little quieter than the old one and the LED light bulb I added gives off much more light than the previous fluorescent light did. Very pleased!

While it is a relatively loud exhaust fan, the benefit is that the noise provides a sense of privacy. I've installed three of these in my home. Easy to install, operate without concern. The only con I've noticed is that the "white grille" is more off-white than white.

The lead wire could be a couple of inches longer but still a great fan.

I used this model of fan to replace an older model Nutone exhaust fan with a fluorescent tube light; the older fan had become very noisy. This newer model fit in the old fan housing perfectly. All I had to do was unplug and take the old fan out of the old metal housing from within the bathroom, not the attic! I replaced the old fan with the new model quiet fan with an incandescent bulb; no drama! That is much easier than "roughing in" a different model fan in the attic with a different housing. I installed the fan a couple of months ago and it is still very quiet! The only issue I have with the fan is according to the instructions and website, the fixture is not supposed to the use a LED bulb, so I used an incandescent bulb. Other than that, the fan is perfect.

I have a nicer home, but it's too bad that Pulte (the builder) used these contractor-grade units. They are LOUD. You can get more air movement (higher CFM) with lower sone (noise) ratings from NuTone, so I highly suggest you do so. My contractor also violated building code by using this model in a 10'x12' master bath. So, that's nothing against NuTone, just leads to my next comment. It would be great if NuTone offered a higher CFM replacement motor for this unit as well. I wind up having to run two exhaust fans in the bathroom to adequately vent the room; one over the toilet, the other over the shower.
