Easy to install replacement of older nutone. Perfect fit.

The fan is quiet, however I believe it moves much less air than the fan this replaced (also 70 CFM). When using the shower, I get condensation/fog on my mirror with this new fan that I didn’t get with the one it replaced. I’m assuming this is because it isn’t pulling as much air as my old fan.

Poor wiring instructions,good luck getting all the wires out of the little hole they are jammed into,and seriously,could they make those wires any shorter,very difficult to work with.

FYI, this exhaust fan is not quiet. 3 Sones is loud. Look for a fan that is 1.0 Sones or less.

Mine was missing a component and had to return. Lower end fan, compared to others I have installed.

The fan is a little noisy. Otherwise it is a good product.

I had this installed to replace an existing Nutone over 40 yrs old. Unfortunately, this newer model clears the steam as little as the old one if not less. After a normal shower it still takes 15 min to clear the mirror. Also, in the first 2 weeks it was semi quiet but is getting louder as time goes one. I just can't recommend this one. :(

It looks nice, the light is bright enough and it works. Everything you want in an exhaust fan.

This isn't a quiet fan. It took an electrician a couple hours to install.

Easy to install. Huge difference over the 50cfm I had previously. No more fog even after my son’s long hot showers.

I bought a more expensive unit because they told me it was less noisy. I found this not to be true

A little louder than I would have liked, but it was a replacement.

This exhaust fan is perfect for our remodelled bathroom.

Some how bugs get into it.

Fine for a small bathroom, but quite noisy compared to some of the competition. Don't expect to install it from below as a replacement unless you already have the same fan in place - getting the old brackets or nails loose and then adding new ones is a massive chore! I had to cut out a square of drywall about 20" square in order to allow removal of the old fan and placement of this product. If you have the same fan already in place, you can buy just the fan/motor combination and swap out the old one for the new one - just be sure the old one is the same maker and size.

Perfect for the shower toilet area in the Guest room a 4 by 10 room. looks great and does exactly what I need.

Average in quality but really can’t tel once it is installed.
