The flooring is absolutely beautiful, I love it!!! However, I admit I did not know a lot about hardwood floors so I may be a bit naive, but I did not expect the amount of knots and holes in the flooring. Some of my family thought it provided a rustic look and added character, but that did not appeal to me. So I had to purchase additional boxes of flooring until we were able to obtain the look I wanted. Again, I am extremely pleased with my floors; but the process was cumbersome, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. I hope this helps!

Easy to assemble, but most boxes had some damages pieces. Home Depot was excellent with accepting these defective pieces as returns.

Package contained over 90% of flooring with knots with most...
Package contained over 90% of flooring with knots with most having the capability to see right through. I expected some knots but the quality of the product was unacceptable. We were in the market to purchase over 1700 sq ft but ended up going to a different vendor.

Yes I like the Bruce vintage scraped OK however I found that you can plan for about 10 to 20% of it being not usable because a thorough small pieces in or because it’s got holes in it from I guess termites whatever but I am pleased with the flooring

We love it. Home Depot came through for us. We had bought another material and that product was...
We love it. Home Depot came through for us. We had bought another material and that product was garbage. The floors were pooping and coming apart everywhere in the home. We had 1800 sqft of it. Since Home Depot no longer dealt with the company that manufacture it, they refunded us the cost of the material. We used that credit and paid the additional difference for this upgrade. Was well worth it. You will need experience floor people to install it, but it was worth the cost. I am so happy we did. Our dogs will no longer have to walk across a broken floor...

The quality of the Bruce flooring was extremely questionable. I was extremely disappointed. It was all in the manufacturing. And the people at Home Depot didn’t have any great concerns Or any great input on problem-solving. By Home Depot not helping they are no better than the crappy product that I brought. Jerry

Our recommendation is to return to The Home Depot store where you purchased your flooring product, with a copy of your receipt. We do not have individual representatives to inspect your floor; therefore, rely on our flooring retailers who are trained and authorized to inspect them for us.
Even if your floor was not installed by the retailer where it was purchased, the retailer is still responsible to start the inspection process. If the sales associate does not know how to proceed, please ask them to contact AHF Products.

crap poor quality and no help from bruce or home depot to make it right, last major purchase from home depot, had same problem with counter top 4 years ago!!!!!
