Excellent product! Creamy substance, dilute with water. Rich black color. Wear gloves, a bit messy. Definitely don't spray in wind. Sprayer with various nozzles helpful for targeted application specially around pavers. Attached pictures show difference between sprayed mulch and old faded mulch. Amazing results. Received many compliments. Definitely meets my expectations.

Would be excellent for about 1/3 the cost, but at this price point only so-so. Does look really nice after application but color fades a bit faster than expected. Great if you want a fast, fresh look but don't expect it to last.

Please dont waste your time or money on this product. Just buy bags of mulch. Clogged and trashed a perfectly good sprayer. Extremely messy and nearly impossible to not get on surfaces that you dont want in on. Not to mention the extra time taken not to get it on other surfaces and still end up with it all over . Lesson learned !!!

It looks good. It makes sense to guy gallons rather than 1/2 gallons if you have a large area like we do. A little lower price would take away thought of going with new mulch.

Works great, huge cost saver. However it will not go as far as label states. Multiple applications are necessary

For one gallon and $120.00 of new mulch to refresh the bald spots I was able to avoid an $1,800.00 mulch replacement job. We’ll see how it holds up, but for now I’m impressed with the product quality.

I applied the black to my already black mulch that had faded. It rained 4 days later and washed all of the color off. Back to dull gray mulch again.

Very happy with this product. The gallon will provide multiple applications. I mix it in a 1 gallon sprayer and have no issues putting it down. Found it best to spray it on damp mulch for better results. Be sure to clean out your sprayer with water after your final mix or the sprayer nozzle may plug up.

Looked great for a day or two. Then not much difference. Very hard to use with brand new sprayer we ordered with it. Disappointed

Product is easy to use but easily stains everything it contacts. Cleanup was easy with water even on accidental spills. Seems to cover existing mulch well. First try using this product but it is much easier than spreading new mulch each year.

this product is priced too high. It is better to buy bags of mulch and put them down over the older mulch.

Recolored my black mulch and it looked like I had just put fresh mulch down. It's been down for about six weeks and still looks great, I was afraid of it fading quickly, but it hasn't and we have had quite a bit of rain. I would recommend using plastic gloves for mixing and application. Also if you have pavers or concrete be very careful of overspray as it will stain. Overall very happy with the product and I will use again.

The solution really colored the old mulch very well; after application it does tend to come off on your shoes or hands if you walk/touch it. Waiting to see if it sinks in/dries after more time after application. If the mulch shifts around, the non-sprayed side shows, since it only covers the top side of the mulch. The solution is like thick ink and is messy during application. It cleans up with water though.
